Just got home from the James Smith Seminar in Arlington, TX and want to say again what a great weekend it was. All 3 days were filled with great speakers, great information and just a great time. There was a wealth of knowledge there and I hope to be able to incorporate much of it as my wife and I progress in our investing. You did a great job MC’ing the event and it was good to see James speak on Friday. I still can’t believe how much you look like my son John, who is the same age as you. They say everyone has someone who looks like them. You saw a photo of him today. My wife Judy and I look forward to another event with you and your dad very soon. My husband and I just completed 3 days of exciting, professional training at the Financial Success Seminar in Memphis, TN. It was more than I could have hoped for. We are both professionals with a great credit score. We thought we were doing well. Ryan Smith and his team of experts opened our eyes to a new world and a brighter future. My husband and I have a combined 44 yrs of education but were clueless to the information we were presented with over the last 3 days. We now have information, access to the needed education and the tools we need to make a life and a future for ourselves and our families. We can also be a blessing to those around us through this training.
We understand the necessity of education and we don't mind hard work to reach a goal. Regular education gives you a spoon to work with, these guys gave us a shovel.

My husband and I just attended the Financial Success 3 day series in Omaha, NE. This was nothing like any other seminar you would ever attend. We learned things we could apply to our lives that very evening when we got home -- how to improve our credit, how to protect our assets, etc. Spending time with Ryan, Jamie, and their associates was like spending time with family. It was refreshing to see people with such high morals and a heart for helping others in any industry today. To see God working through them to touch other peoples' lives has inspired us even more to refine our own life goals and do the same.

This event was very challenging, exciting, and rewarding each of the 3 days. This was the 1st event we've been to (out of at least 10 in the last 2 years) where both my wife and I could get excited about the growth we experienced while there. Attended the show in Omaha NE. As a college student, this is some of the most valuable information I will ever need. This doesn't only show how to make money, but how to keep it, grow it, and protect it. I thank my mom, she drug me out every day at 9am to be here. It is one of the best things I have chosen to do and enjoyed every minute of it. Ryan and the crew are not only excellent speakers but terrific human beings. This not only taught me how to invest but helped us all understand that giving back and doing things right are the keys to success. I thank Ryan and the team and... watch out, you have a new competitor in the game.

Whether you are thinking of attending or have attended a James Smith seminar you should................DO IT. Fast, invigorating, funny, and most of all, Christian's helping Christian's . Great topic's, ideas, and people all three days in Omaha. Ryan does a great job, his charming wife Jamie is great, and the list goes on and on. Steve is a great speaker, Bob, Mark, and of course the one the only, James himself. Thank you to a wonderful, insightful, three days, and people if you considering attending, DO IT. The support staff is also first rate (yes you Jordy), first rate professionalism, with a sincerity rarely found in today's seminar world. How many CEO's speak at their own seminar's? Thank you again, for the enthusiasm, leadership, and knowledge you taught me, God bless you all.

I just finished attending the three day Financial Success seminar in Omaha. If you have considered attending, I have one word of advice: GO! Ryan and his team do a fantastic job and the days are packed with useful information. Ryan's dad even showed up one afternoon. He's not crazy, folks. He just has the stones to tell it like it is. I will recommend these seminars to anyone who asks. I'll also recommend them to many who don't ask!

I had my mind expanded at the 3 day financial success workshop. Some of the ideas that were presented were very simple to implement and very beneficial. Some of the ideas opened my thinking of how profit can be made by cooperating & sharing with others. The James Smith workshop is a prime example of just how differently the wealthy think about money. Just a quick note to endorse your Financial Success seminar(s). We are hearing so much today about "hope and change", but seeing or experiencing NONE. "Change" is coming from the present system, or "hope" is just around the corner. So many are looking toward government to supply this movement or the existing system that we function in. Your seminars bring new light and a different perspective, hope and change is possible, but it comes from each individual. Your seminars don't just proclaim or profess what is needed, they provide the tools, knowledge and support to go get it. Faith and family are the number one priority and your staff exhumes that approach. Thank you for an "uncomfortable" weekend, we look forward to being continually challenged and to make the changes in our life that will honor God more richly. Phil, Chris and Phillip.

My wife and I just completed the 3 days in Chattanooga.This was amazing info that was to the point and presented in an excelent manner by knowledgable speakers with real world experience. We really appreciated the Christian thread all the way thru all speakers.The strong message of the need to give back and held others as a means of success was wonderful.James Smith taught some real estate in the midst of the best sermon I have ever heard. Thank You and may God continue to bless all of you.

I just finished your seminar at Chatt. Tn.You have really made me see things in a difernt way . I have always wanted to be able to give money to a ranch that helps special needs kids like my son . Now im not going to think about it im going to do it .I looked online last night and i am going to look at two houses today . Never knew it could be this easy .Ryan was funny and showed me i can do this.All the people were so nice .James now he is my kinda people no sugar coated just the plain truth . If anyone would have told me that I'd come home with the incredible level of empowerment, encouragement, and even specific "how-to's"for making genuine wealth a reality in my life, as well as in the lives of other people, I assure you that I would not have believed them!Every speaker shared brilliantly from their person learning experiences & convictions and had such a heart to see individuals reach their potential on this planet! How I wish EVERYONE could attend such an event & have the experience of interacting with amazingly successful people who have managed to retain truly humble & compassionate spirits. When my husband told me a few weeks ago he ad signed us up for an all weekend financial seminar I thought he was crazy. Let me just say, it was the best $49 we ever spent and we had the best three days with the Smiths and ALL the other fantastic folks at that seminar. We were given a wealth of information, courtesy, love, generosity, and hope. I have never met a nicer more amazing group of folks! I sat in the audience for three days completely taken by all of the information and genuine heart of these people. They see themselves as no better than anyone else in this life; and you feel it every time you speak with them. They are all so knowledgable about their "fields" and share that information so freely. It was an exorbitant amount of information. The next training is crucial and will be even more amazing I know. Thank you so much to all of you guys and although my husband and I couldn't take our training to the next level just yet; I promise you will see us in the future and we will be teaching for you in the future if you'll have us! I attender your 3 day Seminar in Knoxville, Tn.  Having had a Real Estate Brokers license for 3 yrs. I realized I knew some of the things you covered but never thought about applying it for my self. I took the 'high energy Smith train" to hit me between the eyes and see it.
I loved Ryans personality and humor, but I fell in love with James.  He really gets it, life in general.  He keeps God close and doesn't put up with any BS from people.  I love it.  I work in an ER at a local hospital and have become so frustrated with the mentality of people..James you should me a way to look at these people differently and make it work for me.  I can help these people out and make money!!!
I hope to someday open up a home for kids that have been removed from Meth Homes and make a difference in their lives. More often than not, the foster homes they are placed in are just as bad if not worse then what they were removed from.  A long term loving home for these kids are what is needed , a group home with a sense of family.

WOW!!! I just attended your August 6-8 seminar in Knoxville, TN and I am still in awe of all of the knowledge/information that Ryan, James, Jamie, Steve, Mark and Bob shared with us. I must also include all of the others that were there to help answer all of our questions. On the third day, my whole way of thinking of business, real estate investing and my real estate career was changed forever. Thank You!
I also love the Candidness of James and Ryan.
I have 3 friends currently attending this weeks' seminar here in Knoxville and they are completely Blown away Too!

I learned a wealth of information that I have already began implementing in my life. The type of knowledge I walked away with is invaluable. I attended a seminar in Knoxville, TN this past week. Man oh man was my mind blown. These people are truely incredible. I was heading down a downward spiral towards dispair, but after attending their seminar I got my mojo back. I am confident more than ever that I can make what they gave to me work. Many people are quick to say that they are nothing but con artists, but they could'nt be farther from the truth. Many people cannot comprehend that there are people in this world who are truely concerned with helping others succeed. They are'nt to blame because society teaches us that people cannot be trusted and that something that is too good to be true usually is. You have to go into these types of seminars with some caution and with an open mind. Ryan, Jamie, and everyone else are some of the most genuinely caring people I have ever met. Not to mention that Ryan and his father, James, are some of the most hilarious people I've come across. Not once did I feel forced to purchase any additional tools or classes that they offer even though I personally wanted to because the knowledge they contain is tremendous. These people really strive to set you up for success. Thank you all again for everything you have given me. God bless you all!

I attended the 3 day seminar in Knoxville, TN 8-10 to 8-12. It rocked my face off I really did enjoy it, it inspired me a bit to do the whole real estate thing. I enjoyed the out of the box thinking more than anything. It is truly amazing how many answers are in front of your face, but you don't know until someone is like BOOM!!! What now?

I just completed the 3 day Financial Success seminar in Durham, NC and it was phenomenal! It was sincerely a blessing beyond measure. The application of the knowledge acquired will enrich the lives of me and many others. The seminar has compelled me to transcend my personal strongholds that inhabit my mind that inhibit my goals. Truly, I am tired of jumping out bed to go to the journey of the broke to just obey a boss to live the American dream and retire someday on what wasn't enough to begin with or be just over broke also known as a J.O.B! Therefore, I decided during the seminar to take a risk on myself and activated faith and purchased a package for some of the other seminars. After all, I take a risk everyday working a job while fueling someone's dreams and creating my nigtmare. Wholeheartedly, I acknowledge the information acquired and yet to come is an asset and I am eager about reaching my full potential and unleashing the champion in me! WOW! I just attended your Oct 1-3 seminar in Raleigh, NC and I was so impressed with every presentation. Great Examples and yes Ryan we looked blank faced half of the time because we were trying to process all of the information you were throwing our way. I loved how everyone was so down to earth when you saw them in the hall. I think James Smith is amazing. He is raw but that is what we need. I would suggest everyone attend your workshops over the last workshop I attended for $99(hint! hint!) because my eyes are now open as I knew there had to be a better way! God Bless you all for what you are doing for others! You are truely giving yourselves away for the service of others and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! I am changed and have started putting my plan into action. Just like church....I won't leave the same in Jesus Name! and I didn't.

I want to give a realistic appraisal of the Financial Success seminar in Raleigh NC Oct 1st-3rd. We really feel blessed and enlightened by the information recieved.  Whether or not you go ahead and purchase any further training from the company, for $49.00 you could not recieve more information and should consider yourself quite fortunate. They teach you the things that rich people teach their kids! Really.  They made me aware of the questions I never even knew needed to be asked.  I have run a business for 10 years and my cpa has never offered the advice I got from these guys for $49.00.  However, I admit to a little doubt that it was too good to be true.  After the 2nd day I came home and scoured the internet for reviews by other people and at first I was very bothered by what I saw. Then upon further investigation I did find some testimonials that more resembled my view of the seminar and the company.  I showed up the third day, not sure if I would invest, but my father John and I were so impressed by the Asset Protection part of the seminar we had to do it.  For us right now, it made the most sense financially, although we will pursue further training even if we have to pay retail.  Here is the real truth in a nutshell: in my opinion most of the people on other sights slamming James and Ryan are just mad for one of two reasons.  Either they jumped too quickly and bought more education than they could afford and then had no money to put into the plan or they simply did not do what Ryan and Jamie told them to do, or they are upset they could not afford to do the education at all and are a little upset.  That is it.  We all want to be in the club, but sometimes we just can't afford to play yet and that is disheartening.  Here is an overall perfromance overview:
Ryan - Excellent in delivery and content and I feel he is  very genuine. Not as funny as his dad but that is not his job. He is there for content.  His dad could not have made us get it like he did.  I enjoy his ADD because I have it bad too and the way he hops around is the way I hop around and since were both hopping around it is like we were actally on course...if that makes sense.  The point is...

Jamie - although not one of the main speakers, when she did her hour she was both knowledgeable and fun to listen to. She knows how to hold her audience with eye contact and an overall inviting personable nature.

Steve Sitkowski - he rules.  We had been to Investools and invested with them before we came to this and he made me wish we had waited.  Although investools is an awesome tool, Steve cuts out all the extra nonsense and focuses on what is most profitable (credit spreads).  It would have saved us 1 year of schooling.

Bob the Lawyer - he rules as well.  This is what caused us to actually purchase more education.  He is so succinct, but so powerful, it just caused us to pull the trigger.I had been trying to figure out strategies of using my corporation to protect my assets and in 2 hours he zero'd me in.   Because of him we intend to do the M5 and 3 day and then personal mentoring in the year or two to come.

James Smith - I would have paid $200 just to be able to sit and listen to this guy.  He is more ADD than Ryan if possible, but Geez he really speaks truth.  Just great. I actually really belive he is who he says he is.

Brynson - very nice guy.  Needs to start doing some out front.

Lastly, we really enjoyed it when ryan and james or steve and brinson interacted.  You could tell they really do like eachother. Steve calling Brynson "creepy" was hilarious.

All in all anyone who only spent $49 and got to come to this should feel as if they won a prize because of the incredible content your recieved.

You all abslutely ROCKED Raleighwood this weekend!!! Ruby & I were skeptical after being very dissappointed by Investools a few years ago. After speaking to you two, your dad James, your brother & the entire staff we both knew we made the right decision to spend our entire weekend with you!

The knowledge we gained over the past 3 days far surpassed what we could have imagined for such a small fee. James' corporate satire had us rolling with laughter, but we also saw a side of your family that touched us all. By helping people to help themselves, you have touched the lives of so many.

My wife and I recently went to your 3 day seminar in Raleigh, NC and WOW, I cannot believe how much information I got for the cost of a dinner out.

A lot of the information covered would normally be about as interesting as watching paint dry to me but Ryan , James and everyone who spoke there really kept it interesting and exciting, you helped me understand why the information you had was important.  They are fantastic presenters and they are not just giving you fluff, this is information you can use.

The best part of the whole thing?  It motivated me to take ACTION, I saw that there was a much better way to live my life that would allow me to help others and take care of my own family at the same time. I signed up for more classes and have already watched all the videos for Asset Protection and have started the process of setting myself up with the proper entities.  I like that you guys create a whole package, although I don't feel I am quite ready to go do a lot of the stuff we talked about I do know what I need to learn and I am on the path to do it, I feel like I am back in school, only this time I am learning something that will really pay me back in spades.

You display such an unselfish, generous heart. It is a privilege and pleasure to meet you both. You guys are my dream, sitting right in front of me and you gave me my the path to take to get there. I always dream of being in a position to help others way more than I do now. I do what I can now for those in need with what I have but I always dream to do more. God has blessed me tremendously! Hey Ryan and Jamie, hope you're safely tucked in bed. You both are awesome and knowing you both has been a privilege. Just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this seminar in Virginia. My mind is full of information and I'm hoping to retain at least a fraction of it. Needless to say, I am in awe of the stats coming out of Ryan's mouth. You know you're business alright! Most of it went over my head and my eyes glazed a little. Wow, to be your age and already a multi-million. Very impressive. But you know what I like and admire about you is your uncompromising willingness to be blunt and open about your beliefs. Heck, political correctness is paralyzing this country and frankly I'm tired of it. We should be able to say the truth easily without someone finding a reason to be offended. You have the conviction of your belief and that's very refreshing and in my book admirable. Both your parents must be proud of what you are and kudos to them as well for the example they've set. Ken and Jordan are great and were so helpful and friendly. By the way Ryan, I will send you some funny videos that you'll like once I find it. Cheers!

Recently attended one of the 3 day seminars in town, it was right on the edge of my (non-existent) college budget, but I was glad I spent a weekend listening and taking notes.  I say this even being a student, and everyone knows we are notoriously lazy. =)

More to the point though, I came away from the seminar thinking differently - most coursework I study fails to give working knowledge that allows better decision making once the class is over (it is academic) but this seminar went beyond my admittedly extremely high expectations.  I filled over half of a notebook and even enjoyed parts of it, though it was awesomely dense and made my next Monday set of classes feel short.

Thanks to Ryan for the one on one chats after the sessions.  I'm not looking to do real estate at the moment, so I was half expecting this seminar to be a bunch of facts and figures similar to my courses in accounting.  It was nothing like that.

Just finished the Financial Success workshop at Landsdowne Conference Center. This was the best workshop I have ever attended. All of the presenters did a great job! They conveyed information that was relevant and gave us food for ACTION! I appreciated James candor - regardless of whether you agree with everything (or anything) he said, his messages that WE are the only ones who can change where we are headed and that there is an opportunity in every situation were dead on. I completed the seminar in Washington DC; it rocked! If you think that it is only about real estate you are sadly mistaken. I absolutely love the Smith's! If you want the watered down sugar coated version of life PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND! However, if you are anything like me and appreciate honesty, especially in this day and age, you will be blown away. To say that my mind was expanded is an understatement. I enjoyed three plus days jammed packed with information that I could not have paid someone to even point me in the direction to get from anywhere else. If I had only attended one day it would’ve still been a bargain. If you are ready to change your life it is a must go to. If you are doing well and happy with all the decisions that you’ve made thus far it is a must go to. Once you know better you do better. Eliminate the excuses. . .get in the game! LOVE, LAUGH, LIVE

The whole training sequence was excellent, my wife and I are now looking at several properties and MHP's for month to cash flow, mentally handicapped and senior living facilities. I attended the financial success workshop this October 29-31, and it was a blast!!! Ryan is sooo funny and his wife is really sweet. First, I want to thank Jesus for giving me the opportunity to attend the Dallas seminar. I also want to thank the Smith family and their team for filling my heart with knowledge, wisdom, and optimism. All 3 days were breathtaking! James Smith delivered a passionate keynote, along with some of the funniest stories I've ever heard! Ryan Smith and his crew bombarded my mind with amazing information that I will surely use for God's glory.

These guys are some of the most humble people I've ever met. They don't take full credit for their success. In other words, they always point to God as the source because of His promises.

The last day of the seminar, I left with a robust/enthusiastic/clear plan for my future. I actually took a detour and drove through Highland Park on my way home! (And it wasn't to look at the Christmas lights as I'd done in years past). If the Lord wills, I'm confident I'll own a mansion there in a couple of years. I'm a very generous man with the little money I have now and I know I'll be the same man with more money entrusted to me. May God continue to prosper Smith Companies!

I attended the Financial Success Seminar featuring James Smith, conducted by Ryan Smith, Steve Sitkowski, and others.  This class was a destiny class for me, and it has already begun to impact the rest of my life for good.  I walked in literally comatose from the neck up, thinking that I had done alright, and that I was fairly smart.  I left knowing how little I knew, and that I didn’t even know how much I don’t know.  I also left knowing how horribly I had done with all of the opportunities that had been presented to me in the past, and how much the information that they presented could have changed my life and the life of my family and friends.

I have been blessed and I am thankful to God for the life that He has enabled me to live, however, there was so much more that I could have done financially and relationally for my family and others, if I had had the knowledge that James Smith and his awesome team of coaches provided so freely at the seminar.

I asked this exceptional staff of millionaires’ stupid question and said unintelligent things, and they still treated me and others like me with respect and dignity throughout the three day class.  Although it was great to have millionaires as instructors, it was more enlightening to hear how they thought, see the purpose of their lives, and see how they treated others.

Let me be as candid as they were:  Was James Smith “politically correct” in his presentation at the seminar? Absolutely not!  Did James Smith tell the truth and give a thought provoking talk that could change the lives of anyone really listening, for the good of this world?  Absolutely!  Was James Smith’s presentation biblically inspired? Absolutely!

Ryan mentioned that the class would be worth at least $3000, even though students who signed in daily would get their money back in the form of a gift card.  I disagree with Ryan.  My former employer paid for me to attend several classes that cost $3000 and more during my 29 year career, and this class did not compare to those classes.  At a minimum, if you were paying partial attention during any half of one day of this 3 day class, the class would be worth at least $6,000.  The problem is that most of are so thought impaired when we enter, that it takes us most of the class to figure out how valuable the class really is.  Fear, jealousy, and the internal filters and biases that most of us have will likely keep many students from seeing that this class is as unique as the people presenting it.

My recommendation is this:
1.  Attend the class.
2.  Take any of the additional classes offered that you can afford, remembering all of the times that you found a way to pay for what you thought was valuable, and
3.  Thank God for James Smith, the instructors and staff.

I will likely be thanking Donna Smith for taking time out to talk to me for the rest of my life.

Just attended the 3 day Financial Seminar with the Smiths in Dallas, Tx and I can't begin to say enough positive things about it. The sole thing that spurred me to attend in the 1st place was hearing James Smith at the Get Motivated Seminar last month. I sat there dumbfounded and amazed that this man's sole purpose was not just to talk about making millions of dollars, but instead, focused on the more important aspect, which is using it to serve our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and serve others by giving it away and helping others. During the 3 day, there was so much inserted about integrity, morals, honesty, Christ, giving God our first fruits of our labor...all of which are greatly missing in our world today. They were not afraid of offending anyone which was so refreshing in this world where we are afraid to take a stand for fear it might offend someone. I took my 23 year old sone and brother with me and they thoroughly and we are going to do the real estate venture that Ryan taught us. They also had several people there that have taken these courses in the past and mastered them and they were so encouraging and kind and helpful...especially Yanick. He took us under his wing and was so kind and patient and helpful with Craig and myself in giving good avice and encouragement, based on God's will.

I pray the Smith's and everyone associated with their corp. will continue to be blessed and continue to "sow seeds" and provide hope and encouragement and the truth.

I attended the 3-day seminar in December in Buckhead Atlanta and words cannot express my feelings, but I will try. From the break-down of multiple streams of income to the what; how; when & where of them, I was able to implement & share with my bright future (my children) easier. They can do more than hear Mom but see Mom work a plan & take the baton with ease. Also, the earn to serve perspective is an awesome foundation for any endeavor. The entire team was supportive, informative, and respectful. The entire process was fast-paced and packed with well explained strategies for success. I am with you in your concept of giving to people since I was a little girl I was always helping other and I love it. I just move here with my boyfriend from Puerto Rico and as soon as I came to Naples, FL I went and volunteer in three places first with animals because I love saving endanger species then I am working with hospice care and finally I translate for hispanics in a neighborhood clinic in Naples and I love itttt!!!. And if you knew that my dream is to go to Africa and help since I was a teenager but I havent had de opportuniy. My and my boyfriend are getting married in Sept and we couldnt make the clases but I will I promise. Thank YOu and I will tell everyone that I know to get your classes. This seminar was well worth attending to say the least. Initially, I thought it was just going to be sales and pitching for three days straight. When I was asking for the three days off work, I even told my boss I probably won't go all three days(ask me to show you the texts!). I was wrong! The seminar was 3 days straight of great information, great people, and even some laughs. I took advantage of the time I was there and picked all their brains, did some networking with the other guests, filled an entire notebook with notes, and had an all around excellent experience.

I went to your Bonita Springs, FL seminar and learned an enormous amount of information which I plan to utilize and implement in the near future. I never expected in my wildest dreams to get out what I did from the Motivation experience. I attended the three day confrence in Fort Myers, FL. Before attending one of their confrences, I would suggest taking all of the information that you "think" you know about investing in real-estate, and leave it at home...just be a sponge! One of the most valuable lessons I learned is that if you want to be successful and educated, then surround yourself with successful people, that are educated.

I reccommend their seminars to anyone. Everyone there is very humble, and informative.

They did not just give breif overviews they taught whole concepts. Enough so I could go home and do the applications from my notes.

Ryan and Jaime I can honestly say that this $49 seminar was a tremendous experience for me and one that was completely unexpected. I have suffered with depression for almost a decade since being fired from my last job around 9/11 and quite frankly had lost all hope about being able to support my family.  You know you have hit rock bottom when you think the only way you can help your family out financially is to take one's own life.

I tried to start two businesses on my own. The first one I became a commodities trader and proceeded over a couple of years to basically bankrupt my family and ruin our retirement possibilities.  I was pig headed and thought I could do it on my own and never established trading parameters nor asked for direction and guidance, much less actual trading strategies. My wife and kids could no longer trust me to be the good steward with our finances and the positive role model that I so longed to be for my boys.  I have silently stewed in self pity and loathing waking up each morning with nothing to look forward to.

Well I am here to tell you, that no more will this be the case.  i am going to trumpet out loud to anyone who will listen, and those who won't that I am going to be successful with the different aspects of what I and my wife have learned at this wonderful seminar.

Over the last couple of years we have scraped together 40k of savings that we are going to devote to Steve's credit spread strategies, and the asset protection is to help my wife's 81 year old father who is trying to protect his wealth and preserve it for her brothers and sisters.

My wife  is the only one working in corporate America and my goal is to be able to free her from this shackle so we can both concentrate on creating wonderful real estate transactions that can benefit others and provide cash flow and long term security as well.

I feel rejuvenated and I can't wait to get started.  This seminar has reinforced my belief that God is out there and leading us where we should be if we just open our eyes and our hearts to the opportunity.  Bless you and your team for giving me hope, and now it is up to me with your guidance to be a shining example of success!

Today was day 3 of the seminar in Birmingham Alabama.  If you have not had an opportunity to go to one of these seminars, I highly recommend that you make the time to attend.  You will notice these people are not the usual folks you would expect to see and I say that in a very positive way.  They are REAL people who are genuine and care about people.  Oh, by the way... they teach you a heck of a lot of info in the 3 days. They said to expect to take about 70 pages of notes.  They weren't kidding.  I had an opportunity to spend some time with a couple of folks in particular... Brensen and Paul... two amazing guys.  There were at least 13 people available at all times for each of us to talk to.  Everyone of them were way beyond expectations.  They bring people in from all over the US to be able to help each of us.  These aren't trainers and sales people... but instead, they are those who were students just like us at one point and they are now practicing what they teach in real life.  They are able to give you specific true examples of real life situations.

I want to commend Mr. James Smith on starting all this and Ryan for his unique style of training.  Jamie, Steve, Mark and Bob were all amazing as well.

The few good things I have to say here about all these folks won't do them justice.  You have to be there personally to experience the entire event.  Don't miss it if it's near you.

I attended the Birmingham, Alabama seminar and wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for what you both do and allowing me to attend your wonderful class. I learned things from you both as well as the rest of the great speakers (Steve Sitkowski, Mark Walter, and Bob Bluhm) that I would have never thought I needed. The trainers that came to help are incredible! One thing about seminars is you never know if someone is filling your ears with what you want to hear or if it’s the actual truth. I knew when I watched your father (James Smith) at “Get Motivated” that he was someone I could trust so I signed up. Even listening to him speak over the live chat made me realize that I could count on him. He actually brought tears to my eyes with some of the things that he had to say. Wow! What a weekend! What an experience! I spent three days
in a James Smith Financial Success Seminar in Birmingham, Alabama. My head is about to explode, which is a good thing. I gleaned so much information, I can't wait to get started using the strategies and structures I learned to enrich and enhance my future. The financial success team were not only master teachers but entertaining as well. Their presentations were lively, interactive, and extremely educational. I was totally engaged in the lessons all day every day. All of the information was new...I had never heard any of the things they were teaching, and I still can not believe they were sharing their secrets to success with all of us. God poured out the storehouse when I first heard James Smith at the Get Motivated conference in February and then multiplied it by twenty for me at this conference. Not only were the team members extremely professional, they were gracious and wonderful hosts and hostesses. Even though it was a place of learning it was also a place of great joy and fellowship. Over the weekend, it was said more than once, you can't give anything away. That certainly rang true time and time again during our three days together as mentors, teachers, and students. In addition to knowledge, they gave us smiles, handshakes, hugs, encouraging words, laughter, understanding, and their time. I appreciated every minute they spent with us. It was truly a service. It is my sincere hope for the team that all that you gave me, will come back to all of you, time and time again. It was life changing, this red head thanks you and I hope while I was there, I was able to give you a smile or two, a handshake, a hug, and an encouraging word so that you know how much I appreciated the blessings that you were sharing with me. I can't say enough about the 3-day workshop Ryan & his friends gave here in Birmingham. It really set my husband and I (and our kids) on fire! We're SO tired of depending on a J-O-B to pay the bills, give us a company car, 401k, health insurance. Because "watch this" - they can take it away in a heartbeat. 3 1/2 years later, we're tired of asking people to give us a job that we really don't even want. I'm looking forward to more training, but I guarantee one day you'll see US on stage TRAINING!

My wife and I attended your fun-packed three day seminar in Selma, CA (near Fresno) on March 8-10. I attended the financial seminar on 2-28-11 thru 3-2-11 and just got so much information that I needed so that I can jumpstart my financial freedom. My husband and I just got back from the three-day event in Fresno, and I must say "Wow." Lots of great information and opportunities - more than I can even process right now. The most noteworthy thing about this seminar, though, is that I'm finally able to hear someone say "win-win" without getting nervous. I've heard plenty of people use that phrase with me - usually while actively seeking ways to screw me over. When I heard Ryan, then Jamie, then everyone else talking, I knew that they really were talking about win-win! We're learning how to win by making sure the person we deal with is winning first? Fantastic! That's something I can get excited about. Thanks folks, and I can't wait to get to the next training.

I recently attended the seminar in Selma Calif for 3 days. what a great group of speakers. I thoroughly enjoyed Steve,Don, & Mark. I gained alot of information from the seminar. James Smith is a riot.
The only part that i wish would have changed, was when Ryan spoke, he was a great speaker, but would go off on stories, and what should have been 10 minutes of information was 45 minutes of rambling before he finished. I hope to attend another set of seminars soon

My wife and I recently attended the 3 day seminar in Birmingham, AL. I think that room had the most painful chairs I have ever sat in, so I ended up bringing my own chair on Sunday (Think, and get comfortable!). The seminar, however, was so great that I would have sat on the floor if necessary. My wife and I are children's pastors in a wonderful church in a wonderful community, but our incomeis not even close to what we need. I have known for over a decade that I needed significant passive income, and that I wanted to own mobile home parks, but I didn't have the proper strategy to begin. Attending this seminar gave me the beginnings of strategy. I realize that further training is necessary, and while I had inadequate finances to take the next step, I am diligently moving toward saving up for Ryan and Jamie's mobile home park training event. I believe that God has a plan, and that we need to be at the right place at the right time to discover what it is. Knowing what to do and having absoutely no clue how to go about doing it is one of the most frustating feelings that I know. Through this seminar, I now see the beginnings of how to do some things that have been in my heart for a long time. I look very much forward to further training with Ryan and Jamie and the gang! Keep up the good work!!

I attended the Financial Success seminar in San Diego this weekend. It was well worth the price. Just learning how to clean up my credit report and protect my assets was worth the $49. I know that if I don't do anything, nothing in my life is going to change. The hope for laying the foundation for a brighter future for my son and being able to take care of my mother as she's about to retire is enough to put the fear aside and get the education I need. Honestly, though, what I loved most about the seminar was the people. All of the speakers shared valuable information, but they were also very personable and friendly off stage as well. I'd be blessed to call them friends and am blessed by their examples.

I enjoyed the Financial Success Seminar here in San Diego this past weekend. I learned some valuable information on Real Estate Investment, Tax Liens, Options and Asset Protection. The insightful guest speakers took me through a visual tour of some highly technical areas and broke it down to a 5th grade level. I am impressed. Some might say "So What". If I can get excited, then there must be something to this. It stimulated my interest to enroll in the M5 Mega Conference. I listened, took lots of notes and realized that I need to do something in a hurry and the their course to financial success is very interesting to me. My Fiance and I attended a recent "Get Motivated Seminar" in San Diego a couple of weeks ago. While all the speakers were great and had a similar message..."If you don't like how your life is going...do something to change it"...one speaker, James Smith told it like it was and we got the message...

Like that famous movie quote.."You can't handle the truth" James tells it like it is and it's up to you if you want to do something about your life.

We did and just got through attending the "James Smith Financial Success" 3 day series in San Diego. CA. As someone who has been attending continuing education workshops for over 40 years...this one has to rank at the top. The speakers were proven experts in the areas of Real Estate Investing, Financial Market Investing, Tax Lien Investing and ended with the frosting on the cake, Asset Protection, that showed us how to protect our assets.

They told it in plain English and covered the basics a couple of times so you could "get it"...and they did it with some humor and an overall message of, to get things in life, you need to treat others as you would want to be treated, while looking for ways to be of service to others...something we have always tried to do.

Let me also say that as an ex-banker, long time stock market investor and owner of my own business for the last 26 years, I can only say I wished I would have attended this seminar years ago. Especially, before 2008, when I lost over $250,000 in the stock market.

But thanks to James kick in the rear, we are now prepared to deal with the unknowns of the next few years and by signing up almost all the continuing education courses they offer...we are excited about the future. As James and Ryan Smith would say...BRING IT ON!

Don't get hung up on some of the postings of the people who chose to cover their ears from the truth and live a very negative life. If you have a opportunity to spend some time with James, Ryan, Jamie and their associates...JUST DO IT! You will be glad you did!

If what this seminar has to offer in education is stupid and your smarter than that, then go do smart... I'll try stupid. Paraphrasing Ryan Smith here, but "Get the point?"

I really enjoyed the seminar here in San Diego, Ca and the fact that their goal seems to be to serve others first, second and third really makes a big difference. The simple fact of the Bible in this regard clearly states to not worry about yourself. Seek first the Kingdom of God and you'll be taken care of, and I think that this principle, applied through the freedoms, laws, opportunities of this great country as the Smith Companies have done can be prosperous. The seminar and the classes they offer teach you to understand the opportunities, understand how to take advantage of them to minimize risk and maximize reward so that you can help others and still make money at the same time. That kind of education is great.

For those who think that the speakers are a bit crass, oh well. We as a country have gone a bit overboard on the PC stuff and it's about time someone just said what they thought... I found it refreshingly honest and clear in a world where I'm never sure about what people are really saying because they never really say anything (use of conditional tenses and euphemisms, etc).

We just left the financial success seminar. It was full of life changing info. I didn't have the funds to purchase any of the the packages, but I still have a plethora of info to move forward in my financial success. All except stock trades, I believe the class & material would absolutely be necessary to move on in that. Although I didn't have the finances, I know each package was well worth far more than what they were asking for it. I just left the James Smith Financial Success seminar today at 5:30 pm. Most importantly, Ryan, Jamie and the entire staff were phenominal! They were some of the nicest, most sincere and truly kind and caring people we have ever met! My husband and I have attended many "educational" business seminars that didn't actually teach a single thing. This seminar not only taught us many critical things during the seminar, but we are super excited about the continuing education opportunities offered to us. We want to sincerely thank all of the staff for taking time away from their family and businesses to share their knowledge with us. James was unable to be there in person, but was able to talk with us via conference, and he was a total crack up as expected, but such an honest and caring man who also took time to share his knowledge with us. These are truly wonderful people. If you miss this opportunity, you must be a "dork" as James would put it. Best money and time you could ever invest into yourself and your family!

I just finished a three day seminar with the Smith "Family," which truly includes more than just blood relatives to them! I had a blast! I looked forward to every day, was not disappointed and it nothing else, I was thoroughly entertained by very friendly, giving people. I knew that sales would come, of course! But I got plenty more, and I also have a major goal to shoot for which includes MAKING a way to get into there program. Also loved the fact that yes, they are Christian, and yes they have no problem professing there faith, but no, they don't judge, dislike, reprimand or express and disdain for any other faith, rather they express a faith in human nature and loving and helping all.

I just returned home to LA from the 3-Day Financial Success Seminar in Sand Diego and I am nothing but pleased with my experience. The information presented about Real Estate investing, Tax Liens, and Options was well worth the price of admission ($49). Ryan was a great speaker, he was entertaining, informative, and thought provoking. Additionally, he and all the other associates/instructors who were there treated me with respect, and most importantly, like a friend. I had no fear approaching them with questions regarding the presentations because they were always helpful and happy to answer. My business partner Lori & I just returned from the San Diego Sheraton 3 day event. Our head's are about to explode!! So much info covering all angles it was phenominal! It's amazing what you dont know you dont know and a bit scary all at the same time. The old saying "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him how to fish and he eats for a lifetime." I now realize what I've done wrong and look forward to correcting that with new direction. I truly want to teach my family "how to fish" and in turn serve my community and everyone I can reach. First I need to re-learn how to fish myself and day 1 starts now on that new agenda with the Smith Company leading the way. Thank you for being real, thank you for knowing whats important in life, and thank you for the wake up call you just gave me from the faded dream I was in! I'm looking foward to changing that!

We really enjoyed your Financial Success seminar this weekend. We came away with a wealth of information. All of your speakers were amazing, but the knowledge we gained on Asset Protection brought happy tears to my wife's eyes. We now have the means to protect our family. We will be attending that class as well as the Cash Flow class and then we would like to come back at a later date for the Real Estate.

We love the fact that you also believe that we should all spend our days trying to be a blessing to this world. If all would follow that philosophy we would have heaven on earth.

My Wife and I just went to the San Diego 3 day seminar and I must say i had no idea that i didn't know what i didn't know. I learned so much my "brain sponge" is thoroughly saturated. I am a full time college student and hang out with other intellectual people and i have never received as much practical knowledge as i did this weekend.

I have been to many other seminars and let me tell you i have never walked into a seminars that has as nice of people and practical knowledge as i did Friday morning.

What also amazed me was the fact that My wife and I got a chance to sit down with Jamie Smith and my goodness she was so down to earth, helpful, nice and very helpful not to mention genuine. The amazing this is that all the people there were all this way.

If you are even considering not going please take your shoe off and sock and proceed to suck on your toe.

In my experience organizations inevitably take on the character of their leader. Anyone who has spent time with James knows that he is a "real character"…principled, candid, honest and truly caring. His son Ryan and every member of their team can be defined by those same characteristics. My son and I just attended their 3 day conference in San Diego. Last week I attended the San Diego seminar and it was fantastic. I learned so much and finally have an idea of where I want to go. I love the idea of serving yourself by serving others. I am particularly interested in learning more about senior care homes as I feel the options available are very poor and there is a huge growing need for quality housing for our seniors, particularly ones that treat them with respect and gives them back their dignity.

I know am having a clearer vision of what I can do and how I can give back and am looking forward to continuing my education.

Dear Ryan & team,

I am absolutely amazed at the last three days! I have been praying for two years to find a way to support myself after my alimony expires, just one year from now. I am on disability and unable to obtain and hold onto traditional employment. And SSD does not cut it. Since my divorce I have been living with family, because I simply cannot bring in enough to support myself by myself. About the only thing I have been able to do to supplement myself is daycare and that has become too exhausting as well. I also have absolutely no retirement. To say I have been living in fear is an understatement.

Now I feel hope. I am able to see a bigger picture that includes myself not only being independent, but thriving. It is wonderful to be able to shed the fear.

It was so encouraging to experience the integrity, honesty, and Christian values that are obviously practiced by you and your team.

I also very much enjoyed James' appearance. I find him funny and real. I did not find him offensive as you keep joking he is, but rather refreshing instead. Considering I am pretty conservative by nature, this is really something. James - don't ever change, this country needs people like you! I looked forward to hearing from you and was not disappointed.

Ryan, your creative solutions may very well be the inspiration we needed to get positive results when we approach my daughter for the funds.

If you are looking for a get rich quick or get rich and not help others then this is not the class for you! The three day seminar hosted by Ryan was awesome and so was all the staff! Ryan is so smart he will probably accidentally think up a cure for cancer and solve the worlds energy crisis before he turns 35. I was already motivated to help others, now I have some tools to help myself which I will in turn use it to help others. The best part is all I have to do is think and then apply it into action. Thanks for the great gift so I can soon attend your M5 class!

I loved the conference! I have learned to look positive on my past and realize it is only strength and iron sharpening iron to prepare me for the future. After attending just these three days, I have all the tools and everything needed to go from a situation completely hopeless to being able to get started on failing at being a failure and doing something truly new by providing for my wife and serving as many people as possible to further advance relationships and the love of God. This Seminar was just the beginning to a future now in my control where I can help others, help myself, and never again look on my past as dictating my future. Thank you so much and I know with these tools I will continue to be dumb and want to learn as much as possible rather than be smart and broke. The truth is what breaks this cycle and I know I will see you guys soon as I further my training to change this world! It takes work and confidence, but this seminar gave me that and truly everything I need to be successful in my life as a husband, father, and follower of Christ. I just completed the James Smith seminar in Portland, OR.  I have never attended a meeting such as this, but I am very fortunate I did.  What a blessing!  I admit, at the onset I expected to swim into a school of hungry piranha who wanted my hard earned money, but this was not the case.  In fact, I was actually encouraged by staff to go home with my wife any pray about our decision first.  In addition, I especially appreciated the overriding business philosophy-that being to serve God and others first.  This philosophy permeated the entire seminar.  Praise God!

I work in the parole/probation field, and I often tell our clientele that "if you keep on doing what you've always been doing, you will keep on getting what you've always been getting."  At this seminar it became painfully obvious that this applied to me as well, and I could no longer afford to do nothing. My wife and I purchased one of the financial strategies offered at the seminar, and we are excited to get started.

PS: James suggested he would not last long as a minister.  Maybe he is right; however, I liked the way he preached the Gospel better than the way most do not.  Bob

I just returned from your three day conference in Portland Oregon and am still blown away by how much I learned, and what I know now is that I never knew what I didn't know until I was taught that I don't know what I don't know and I have no intention of asking those who know they know, because they're just going to tell me that they know everything I don't know better than I know...except they don't because they're part of a certain 97% that I have been for far too long...because up until now, I knew what didn't know as well. But now I know, and you're responsible for it! This will of course only make sense to those who went to the Financial Success Seminar, but it's fun to say, to look at, and to realize that I never would have spoken or written like this before, and look where 'never' has gotten me. I went from having a dream, to having a reality, from knowing that 'someday' would eventually come, to being able to count the days until someday arrives! And if the information was not enough, the relationships and treatment was even more. I always felt afraid and embarrassed to 'bother' people by approaching them if they were busy but Ryan, you quickly relieved me, my brother, my sister in law, and my best friend of that idea and ended up shaking hands and giving hugs to all of us, and this made all of us feel a million times better than we have in possibly all of our lives. Thank-you, for everything! I can't wait to see you again in person, at the training class I'm already preparing to sign up for!

My daughter René and I just spent three days at the financial success seminar from April 8-10 in Portland, Oregon. I don't think I have ever received such high value for so little money. Meeting James was a highlight of the event. Ryan is a chip of the "Old" block, funny, smart, good looking and you show warmth and generosity. You ARE giving back.
The two of you are so full of knowledge. You have strong ethics. You appear above reproach as far as honesty is concerned. I cannot wait to be able to attend future classes although it cannot happen as soon as I wanted. The funds are just simply not there and I am honest about that too. What I learned so far I will treasure and use. One day you will be as proud of me as I am proud to know you.

I had an opportunity to listen to James Smith, his son Ryan, Ryan's wife, and several other instructors talking about taking responsibility for where I am now, who I want to be, and what I want to become. Through humor, and personal examples, they invited me to make some choices in my life that would enhance my ability to help myself, give to God, and be in a position to help others improve their lives. Papa God please let it be for real. The prices on all their extended trainings and packets was a lot! For anywhere from $3995 up to $30, 000 you could take training promising to help you start making a lot of money. If the claims they are making about their training help you accomplish all that they say it does, it is worth every penny. To be able to open my dream non profit, Agape _____ to assist others in changing their lives and equipping them with tools to turn around and do the same things would be worth it's weight in gold. They gave us some starter technique hints that we are going to try. If they work, then we will press on, get more training, and accomplish more. At the very least, we are going to research and educate ourselves to what some of the possibilities are. Thanks James, Ryan and company!!! You guys were great. FIC, Katie

   So guess what? Because of God leading me and my family to You James and Ryan and Laura ( the tall blond lady that talked to me and my friend personally) , and the Asian guy that actually talked to me and my family with a kind heart( and related to me on the fact on the first day we both got close to no sleep the night before because we both were to excitted!!) lol. Up untill April 8, 2011 I had a huge dislike to the wealthy...guess what?? They are humans!! Most of them have a heart that wants to share with us( the poor).  All those at the seminar that were there serving us you with the Help of God changed most of me. I am a better and more positive of a woman. James and Ryan Smith I really love you and want to learn more from you sooo much! I believe in you and most importantly believe in my self now because of God and you working in me. I could not thank you more. Ryan, when you came and hugged me this morning April 10, 2011 because i was crying and having a panic attack, I was soo shocked that you Ryan Smith wanted to hug me a poor, 19 yr. that smoked and has horrible self-esteem. It was a life changing hug!! These last 3 days have changed the way i think, act, believe, walk, talk, dream, smile, cry, and forgive.
   James and Ryan Smith, You are beyond amazing!! I personally was not offended at anything what so ever that you James Smith said. Or anyone there!

Wow, this was an incredible event. Best 3 day seminar I have ever attended. I was surprised by the incredible amount of information I didn't know I didn't know. I picked up on errors I am currently making in my business. I have always wanted to trade in the Market and Buy Real Estate. This shows me what a difficult time I would have, without this education first. The staff was great and approachable and had nothing but a desire to serve and help people to answer their questions. They are "real people", which is really refreshing in our day and age.

Attended the 3 day financial seminar held in Portland Oregon this past weekend. In all honesty I did not expect to get so much for so little!! All the presenters shared a literal treasure trove of strategic information. Now I at least have an idea of just how much I REALLY don't know.

One dramatic change this weekend was able to effect for me personally is that I no longer feel intimidated by what I don't know. I feel voraciously determined - you have not heard the last of me Smith family!

I went to a Get Motivated Seminar in Memphis Tn and was impressed by Mr. Smith's presentation. Mr. Smith is a straight talking, tell it like it is, caring person whom everyone should meet. I signed up for the 3-day Financial Success seminar and found the presenters are experts in their fields, incredibly smart and very experienced. I received far more information than I expected and the value is exponential! I attended the 3 day sucess seminar in Selma, CA. They called it fresno but us valley folk know better. But that aside it got me to really understand how little I know about realestate, money and retirement. Like most people in the seminar I was skepical and a little paranoid. Something Ryan said at the seminar has profoundly impacted my life. Pardon the misquote but the punchline is "You have been doing it you own way all this time. Hows that working for ya?" Now for everyone who is just in it for the money, it works. This is not get rich quick. It culd happen but most likely won't. At the seminar you will learn a lot of useful information and get some tips on how to protect assets and fix your credit. No you will not make all your dreams come true in one three day seminar. I just attended your seminar in Grand Rapids, MI at Meijer Gardens on 4/29/11-5/2/11. Your seminar changed my whole outlook on my life. I had been feeling very depressed about my financial situation because I saw no way out. I have horrible credit and had done all I knew possible to increase my credit score. I was living paycheck to paycheck and still not making ends meet. My son goes graduates from highschool in 3 years and his "college" fund had dwindled down to 10K because I had to keep dipping into it for living expenses. The annuity/money market I had it in (being managed by a financial company) was only making enough profit to pay the broker fees. I have signed up for the cash flow program/seminar and can't wait to learn how to manage and GROW my own money now. Just got back from the 3 day seminar @ Amway Grand in Grand Rapids MI. It was fun and it was amazing! I have never met such loving people in the business world. It was the best 49 dollar investment we ever made.
I went to another investment seminar by a different company. Listened to all their information. Then asked them how I can do what they were teaching and that place said,"...get a piggy bank." I expected to receive the same thing here. Let me tell you I didn't! The good people @ jamessmithcompany helped us create our piggy bank. We are truly thankful. Thanks John G, Jamie, Ryan, James, and all the other wonderful speakers. We are so excited we can't even sleep. We can't wait to succeed. My wife and I arrived home this evening after completing the May 5th - May 7th seminar.  I can't tell you the level of energy that filled the room while learning the most intelligent logical tactics to become financially independent.  I am 100% convinced that if more people invested in knowledge and education that we would not experience financial hardship.  I would recommend this seminar to all those that ever thought they can't, won't haven't or don't have the ability to become wealthy. Just finished attending the May 20th-22nd Seminar in St. Louis. It was fantastic! You delivered over and above what you promised! I walked away with Hope and many practical strategies to build wealth. I mostly enjoyed the underlying principal of giving and the true purpose for gaining wealth--to serve others! I just got back from the Finanacial Success Seminar.  I have attended a couple of "other" seminars in which they teach you how to maximize your income through Options, real estate...... etc.........   I felt a bit like the poor step child at those "other" seminars when they found out I didn't have $100,000........almost shamed a bit........but, I did not feel that way at all at the Financial Success Seminar ...actually..........I felt as if they were telling me that ANYONE can do it and EVERYONE deserves it......and, I felt like I was hanging with the good ole boys....and girl.............from down home.........and they happened to be pretty freaking smart.......

A couple of things stood out to me about this seminar........did they try to sell their product at some point in the conference......   their trainings..........of course they did........ we live in freaking red, white and blue America and they have a terrific product to sell.....  was the price of the educational opportunities they offered too high.......... no........they actually showed me that they valued their intelligence....... something we all need to learn how to do (we discount ourselves way too often - bravo to them because they don't) .......did I ever, ever feel pressured to buy their product or was I shunned if I didnt.......NOT ONE BIT.....and even up to the last second of the conference......I received respect and customer service beyond expectation (a real nice touch of WOW - I didn't expect that)

This company provides exceptional customer service to all whether or not you decide to purchase additional trainings.....more important......I paid $49.....which I will get back in a few weeks.......and received information that kept me on the edge of my seat all 3 days......I didn't want to take a lunch break, bathroom break or answer my phone.......the information was so valuable.....I didn't want to miss one second of it.....

I think the thing that impressed me the most was thier very strong message that happiness comes from serving.....not from making millions......money is good.....but the good that money can create is even better......this was a predominant message throughout this conference.....they preached integrity and using your money to create good in this world.......and.....if you think happiness comes from money.....you are crazy....money is a wonderful tool for happy people.....money does not make people happy......I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

At the end of the day.......everyone left with smiles and laughter (even though we were confined to the hotel b/c a tornado was swirling above)......

BRAVO to all of the instructors and workers at this seminar.....you are truly EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!

My 15 year old son and I just finished a 3 day Financial Seminar in St Louis. I have been to a few presentations, but this was by far one of the most Christian atmospheres I have been in. We were both so blessed by spending our week learning. We are both excited to jump in and apply what we learned and then later pass it to others in our family. BIG thanks to all the speakers for taking time to give back and reach out to help others up. EVERYONE who was on Staff or speaking, were some of the most professional professionals we've met. I went to the Financial Success Seminar here in St. Louis. I was there all three days. I did not know what to expect because I am new to all of this. What made me go was the fact that James Smith came to the Get Motivated Seminar, which was held here in St. Louis, and I thought HE TOTALLY ROCKED! Lol! I also wanted to know more about financial success so I signed up for the class. When I came to the Seminar, everyone was so helpful, polite, and willing to do whatever it took for you to become successful. This was all new to me because I was so use to everyone being a hatter and only out for them. Everyone who spoke at the Seminar was Extraordinary. I had a lot of fun and learned sooooo much! Just finished an amazing 3 day event in Saint Louis Missouri, with Ryan, Jamie, James, and associates. I was completely amazed at the value of information that was shared with us over the 3 days. I worked in the financial industry for 3 years and did not know a fraction of the information they taught. They made the learning fun, so time just flew by and it felt as if I was with friends. I would recommend this seminar to anyone and everyone that wants to get ahead in life. They genuinely care about people and wish for them to succeed. Me and my boyfriend just attended a 3-day seminar in Cleveland, OH and were completely impressed with the information we’ve learned. If you want to know about investments and how to protect yourself and your family, you absolutely must learn the things that were covered during the class.
Obviously, 3 days is not enough to learn about everything, but it gives you very good ideas where to start and want to do. You won’t believe what you will learn and some of the information will “blow you away”. Be ready to take lots of notes and pay attention, because you wouldn’t want to miss anything you hear.
We will be attending an M5 seminar, just currently deciding on dates.
But so far, these are the best 3 days I’ve spent for the knowledge I’ve gained.

Just finished my 3 day seminar in Cleveland OH and I must say, I'm ready to put what I have learned to work. This has got to be the best seminar I have ever been to. There was so much information to take in my brain was fried by the end of the 3rd day. Everyone was a blast and I had a great time! I'm a little upset I could not afford the additional training, I saw the HUGE value I was going to be missing out on. But from what I did learn I'm closer to my goals then I was. Ryan was great I looked forward to hearing him speak everyday. I would recommend the 3 day seminar to everyone who has a chance to take it. You will be missing out if you don't. May 2011, Cleveland.  Day one, I was sold! By the middle of day two, I just couldn't stand it anymore, I literally wanted to start buying property and trading credit spread options in the middle of class. I have no words to express how I truly enjoyed the content of this class!

I guess the saying is true, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Well, today, all were present!  High energy, fast paced, informative, motivating, inspiring, engaging and genuine (& any other positive adjective you can muster).

Although I'm sure the JSC team members were under an extreme amount of pressure and stress to see everyone and answer everyone's questions, they made it look effortless.  Very professional, and courteous.

Today, Sunday (the last day), I brought my seven year old daughter and even she was intrigued by all of the information presented.  She asked plenty of questions (to me) and through my attempt at a viable explanation, gained a greater understanding myself.

There were an abundance of great strategies offered. Very thorough and can't wait to learn more. Anyone willing to get out of their own way long enough to receive the very answer they pray for everyday (financial redemption), will not want to miss this class!!!

If for non other reason than to pass a legacy of wealth and information on to future generations, is well worth the price of admission alone.

I have to say that I did not know about James Smith or Smith Companies before I attended the “Get Motivated” seminar at the Quicken Loans Area in Cleveland, OH. James Smith took the stage, started talking, and I was amazed. He changed my life and the way I have been thinking ever since. I attended the 3-day seminar a couple weeks later to learn more about what is out there. Hearing Ryan Smith talk about the possibilities was also amazing. My entire train of thought has been completely reversed and heading in a new direction. All of the topics covered built on one another to produce the stepping stones to success. I have to say that I was unable to attend any further classes though, due to the money not being available at the present time. But, I’m not going to let that stop me! I have too much too loose by not moving forward in my new direction. I know what I want to accomplish and what I want to become. I wanted to share my new goals and dreams with some people that I know, but I cannot. Everyone I know is a “non-believer” when it comes to changing the way that they have been things their whole lives. The worst part is that two of them are my parents! So besides my wife, locally we are alone. This just makes the whole experience that more important. There will be a day that we come out on top with what we have achieved. Not being able to start the class right way was a small set back, but we still came out on top. My wife actually won a property during one of the random drawings held during the class. I strongly believe that we were blessed with this to set the process in motion for achievement. I want to say thanks again to James, Ryan, Jamie, Nikko, and everyone else who were there for our support. I look forward to be able to take the M5 class and invest in my education. It may take a while to make this happen, but it will happen!

Just attended 3 days with Ryan and Jamie Smith. From what I have learned in those 3 days I now know that I will no longer have to worry about living on social security or being without a job and although right now I did not not have the money to go to further classes I will take what I have learned from them and start where I am to make more money so that I may be a blessing to others. The whole team really rocks!!!! I love you guys and may God continue to bless you for helping others.

K, I believe if you have at least half a brain, a whole heart with passion and a sincere desire to learn, these guys (and gals) will help heal your world. I’ve never met a more diverse group of individuals, yet with a very common purpose. I’m not sure how to explain it, so you just need to go experience it for yourself. They're not selling any kool-aid, but they will teach you how to believe in yourself. How about Re-energizing your life, no matter how good it currently is and introducing you to logic and its sibling common sense; does that sound like something you’re looking for?

I already know that working further with this group, wealth creation will occur. But it’s all the other personal benefits I will gain and give back that truly gets me excited. As an investor in life as well as real estate, I wish I’d met these fine people a couple years back… but then again maybe I wouldn’t have appreciated this experience as much… Yep, I met them at the right time in my life.

   I attened the financial success seminar in cleveland ohio and I am so freekin grateful of "testicular kick" that you graciously gave all that attended. Although many people murmured about Ryan's delivery of the information and ability to speak his mind without political correctness restraints, I found the much needed information to start were i am  without fear of my past.Clearly, i have past issues finacially to deal with but James, Ryan,and wealth builders all said the same thing in their presentation " Your Past Don't Have To Confine Your Future" someone once told me that " be conscience of the people you entertain for they may be and angel" I am thankful to my Lord and Savior that i was blessed to be around a team of them. Still reviewing notes from a 3 day workshop that taught about a few different strategies to create and protect wealth. The speakers were practical and offered help at the level of experience you are now - we all have to start somewhere. I left ready to start - then my car broke down. But you know what, I'm still going to start and just take the bus for a while....the weather is nice and gas is too high anyway

I went to this event expecting a $50 training exercise. I came away more wealthy than I can express. This single event has changed my life. There have been many wack upside the head moments in my life - learning to read, graduating high school, getting married, having children, accepting Jesus as my personal Lord and savior, taking my oldest to college, and now this. I have just finished the 3 day financial success seminar in Cleveland, Ohio. I was my mothers guest and I am only 17 years old, I really enjoyed the learning experience. Ryan and the other speakers made it very enjoyable. The class was amazing, they are a very funny, beautiful, and straight forward family. There is definately nothing fake about them, in my opinion. They just have this air about them that not only draws you to listen; but they also make you want to get to know them. If you get affended by them, then go to a seminar where the speakers lie to you. I definately look forward to my future and I hope to meet them again, and even help them teach. They really are wonderful people, and it just makes it an amazing experience. I 100% recommend it, if you are serious.

Wow!!! It's 2:38 in the morning and my husband and I just finished your financial success seminar.  I'm still sooo hyped I can't sleep. I was privileged to attend the Get Motivated Seminar with my husband. We were among Eddie Smith's group who interceded for that event held in Dayton, OH.  Eddie thought that we should all get to hear James speak. I cringed at his candid approach. No kidding. It hurt. "OUCH" I said it many times coupled with laughter.  James  gave all of us intercessors the opportunity to attend his Dayton seminar for free. What a gift. I'm so glad we came. Ryan, thank you again. Jamie, John, Mark, Bob and the whole Smith team, you all were wonderful. I just thank God for you all. Oh Ryan, by the way, the reason you heard us groan so loud every time you talked about Cleveland is because the Lord has us moving there in the Fall to do ministry.

Amazing. If I had to pick one word to describe the last 3 days of my life it would be just that - Amazing. This seminar has taught me so much already and it just hit the tip of the iceburg. I went in to this thinking - I have nothing - what can I possibly do with nothing? EVERYTHING. There is nothing that I can't accomplish with the right education and the right tools and this class and the M5 class and the other opportunities that were presented will give me just that - more education and the right tools. Everything they taught was so simple and easy to understand and yet it was all new information for me. I'm a single mother with three kids and I thought I would be stuck at a desk job barely being able to provide for my family for the rest of their childhood. WRONG! I am going to be able to provide so much for them now and it is all thanks to Ryan, Jamie, and the incredible team of caring, loving people that they have with them. I can't wait to hit the ground running. I can't wait to be able to not only help myself and my family but others around me that are struggling. I attended the June 10-12 financial seminar. It was amazing. The insight into how to become financially independent and maintain/grow your net worth while helping others left me speechless. This financial seminar is by far the best I have ever attended and I look forward to growing relationships with those who ran the event and investing in my education to achieve the goal of 5 million in net worth over the next 5 years. While there were many things I liked there were only two things that I didn't like one, James smith wasn't present to speak, as I really enjoyed his speech at the get motivated seminar a few weeks back I was a little sad to know he wasn't in the line up of speakers, although to be honest I feel that Ryan did an exceptional job and is just as awesome as his father and the second is I did not invest in my financial education sooner as time is the only resource that I can not get back and knowledge is something that can not be taken away, it only makes sense that education is one of the best investments you can make.

If you have the opportunity to attend any training by the James Smith Companies, you need to jump on that opportunity.  The 3 day Financial Success seminar was by far one of the the best informational seminars that I've ever been to, and I've attended several.  Ryan Smith is without a doubt one of the most captivating and informative speakers there are today, hands down.  His approach and style exude confidence and he entertains you while teaching you.  You receive so much knowledge that I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t walk away with almost 50 pages of notes (or more) as I did.  The nice thing about Ryan and his staff is that they know their business backwards and forwards, stone cold if you will.  What’s better is that they’ve all learned through experience.  They’re not a group of guru’s that have done it and have since moved to the speaking arena, they’re actually practicing what they preach in the market today.  That in itself holds an amazing amount of value to me.

The staff at this 3 day workshop is one step above top-notch.  They were a phenomenal pleasure to work with.  It doesn’t matter to them if you’ve screwed up in the past, again they practice what they preach that you get to give, and you give to keep.  Their generosity and kindness is only superseded by their desire to help you and see you grow.  Words can’t express how grateful I am to Ryan & Jaime Smith, Rob Duncan and Tim (forgive me, I don’t remember the last name).   They worked with me one-on-one multiple times and stayed late the last evening of the program to work with my friend and I and they went beyond the extra mile to help us out.  It’s something that I intend to repay 10 fold in the future.  The one thing about this staff that you simply don’t see at other events is that the people that help out at these events are people that previously sat in the same chairs that you’ll sit in as a student.  They listened to the messages, took them to heart and SUCCEEDED and came back to help teach others and get them going in the right direction.  Jaime, you guys ROCK.  I hope that someday, my children are able to grow up with the strong faith that you have.  I hope that I’m able to instill in them the values that I’ve seen in you and your staff.  I’m looking forward to them meeting you guys in the near future at training.  God Bless each and every one of you in your future endeavors.

I found this class from the Get Motivated seminar where I heard James Smith speak.  His talk was straight forward, no B.S. and down to earth.  He makes a deal you can’t refuse… $49 for a 3 day class and you’re going to get a $50 Visa card in the mail if you simply show up every day.  If you can’t see this is a deal, then you’re right, save the money and continue being a consumer.  If instead you want to change your life and become an investor, sign your name and get registered.  I promise you, you will not regret it if you pay attention and actually try to use the knowledge they impart.  Are they going to try and sell more training to you?  Absolutely!  Do you think that you can really learn all there is to learn about residential & commercial real estate, tax liens, asset protection and options trading in a 3 day event?  Not a chance.  They're going to offer additional training and when they say they’ll work with you on getting you to the training, they mean it.  THIS COMPANY STANDS BEHIND ITS WORD.

If you take the lessons to heart and you act on what they teach, you’re going to be a changed person.  Take that first step and get into one of these classes.  It can be a life changing, inspiring event, if you allow it to be.  Ryan, I look forward to being one of your future “failures”… and to those that don’t think that’s a compliment, you need to attend the seminar.

I just finished the three day Financial Success Seminar in Kansas City with Ryan and Jamie Smith. They have outlined a great plan that obviously works. I plan to buy a 50-100 unit apartment as soon as I can and am looking and calling some of the Mobil home parks I am aware of on Monday. Planning to make the money to use in many great ways for the future and be able to Invest some of the earned funds to make more and continue buying more with the 1031 exchange is my plan. Listening to Cherif Madawar was specifically motivating for me. I see the world with more opened eyes now and am very excited about my future. All the staff worked hard by coming in hours early and staying late. Nikko, one of the consultants was also very helpful.

Just finished the last day of the 3-day intro seminar. It's true that "you don't know what you don't know." I hadn't even heard of some of these things before, I just graduated from a top-level college two years ago and they did NOT teach us anything like this! I am so glad I went to this class! It is going to make a huge difference in the way I set up my future and will allow me to help my family and as many people that will listen to me about it! And everyone at the seminar was so helpful and willing to work with me to get me to the classes I wanted/needed to attend - even with my unflexible schedule and my less-than-fat bank account. I appreciate their willingness to share all their experience and skills. Now the real work begins!

Just finished the 3-day Financial Success Workshop in Kansas City, MO...  In one word 'Awesome'! It was so refreshing and rewarding to meet and listen to Ryan, Jamie and the team from Financial Success.  They are truly experts in Investing, not just Real Estate, Options and/or Liens but maybe most importantly People.

Honestly, no 'maybe' about it.  That's the refreshing part... If there is one thing that will stick with me from these three days and that is to 'SERVE'. Everything else taught are the tools to do so, the Wealth will be a byproduct of 'SERVING'.

"Serve to Make, Give to Get"

That was a theme/mantra repeated many times and in my humble opinion more powerful then can be conveyed in this response.
All things great are built off a strong foundation.

So if you get a chance to attend this event, you'd being doing yourself a huge disservice by not.  You will learn many things from these three days that you can put to immediate use.

Will you learn everything in three days? No.
Will you have to pay to get all of it? Yes.

Though would you trust anything somebody told you if they only were paying you $1 to listen? I would hope not. Which, by the way, is what happens.  You pay $49 for three days and if attend all 3 days they send you a $50 Gift Card.

Ok... this got a lot longer than I wanted so I'll finish with another thing I heard 1000 times during the three days...

My wife, son and I just returned from the 3-day financial success seminar by Smith Companies. Ryan Smith and 4 other very-experienced entrepreneurs like a stock market investor, Tax liens and deeds investor, real estate investor, and lawyer to assist in asset and income protection were all present. These were men of great experience and great success in their fields. The amount of knowedge gained was incredible.The classes chanllenged you and were over the top...out of the park...awesome...did I say great? I have an MBA and a few years of experience but these classes are definetely worth attending, and finding out secondary training that is offered to you. I definitely recommend this seminar. Way to cut to the chase and teach how to make and save money in a BIG way. Great job. look for one of their seminars and do it...Don't just think about it. Get in the game. Thanks Ryan and Jamie.

I attended the Financial Success seminar in Dayton and really enjoyed it! I learned a lot, but also realized that I have a lot  more to learn. Ryan, you were right.  When I went home and attemped to tell my husband about what I was learning...it came out a mess.  I am happy to say that we will both be attending the 3 Day and the M5 and can't wait!  It took him a little longer to get excited about it since he didn't get to hear what I heard that weekend, but he is totally on board now.

Thank you all so much! We can't wait to get started making our dreams come true! We want to be able give back the way you and Jamie have.

My ideal weekend is working around the house, especially outside. I wasn't keen on spending the weekend in a hotel, trapped in a conference dungeon, but marriage presents "opportunities". There was a nice pool and workout facility at the hotel, but I was compelled to attend this seminar, not because the wife would have cared, now that I made the trip, but because the presenters were exceptional educators and brilliant. Ryan, Bob, Steve, Mark, Jamie, and Cherif entertain while delivering content. They created an enjoyable environment. The presenters and entire staff were sincere, genuine and concerned for the individual student. I came away from the conference with a greater appreciation for successful entrepreneurs and with a few ideas on how help others.

My only criticism would be the amount of time spent by Ryan sermonizing. He is wise beyond his years, but he is still young. The focus on helping others is key, and I appreciated the consistency of that theme; however, there are other indicators of success and how we can help others, other than making money. An easy example is the over half million children in foster care in the United States, with 1/4th of those looking to be adopted. There was also expressed concern about an apparent dichotomy of people wanting to get rich wanting also to tax the rich. I believe in a full tithe as do Jamie and Ryan. I also believe in giving Caesar that which belongs to Caesar. Legally, that would be zero for the rich, but not, in my mind, ethically. I feel blessed being born in this country - having an infrastructure to travel and live in safety, receiving an education, and having a job. I appreciate the commitment of our military. In all, I really don't mind supporting this country with my taxes, and if the rich don't want to pay, I don't mind supporting them as well.

Bottom line – this was a great experience. I feel better having attended. My wife was right again.

It was a truely shock into reality and we were taugh so much, and opened our eyes to a whole new way of handling business, stocks, asset protection. You should make the opportunity to attend a Financial Success seminar hosted by James Smith Companies. I was invited by attend by a close friend. I'm very glad I said "yes" to the invitation. The 3-day seminar held June 21-23 in Kansas City was packed with thought provoking discussion and teaching. First, I discovered I had allowed myself to 'buy into' a scarcity mentality...retract, retreat and hunker down to 'hope' the Great Recession will pass. Second, I learned that the 'dollar cost averaging approach' I've taken to managing my mutual funds needs to be rethought especially since I had not previously been attentive to the 50-day and 200-day moving averages in the market.

More than anything the seminar openned my mind to a new realm of possibility and thinking about business, the positive social impact that a business can be designed to provide to a community, and the honorable life's work that can be accomplished by being someone that stands for lifting up other people.

Ryan and Jamie Smith are exceptional speakers. Each are masterful in demonstrating the power of an aligned team leading by example and action. If nothing else, you deserve this education to make more informed choices about your money. In the openning of the seminar, Ryan said his intention was to over deliver on the amount of seminar content to ensure each participants' investment of time and money was realized. It seemed like a huge promise that would not be delivered upon. By the end of the first day, my mind changed. In fact, during the morning session on the first day, I had decided to let my friend attend the second and third days of the seminar by himself. As I said, by the end of the first day, I changed my mind. I had an 'a ha' moment that showed me I've been pulled 'inside my shell.' Rather than focusing on the future, I've been reliving an incident that occurred April 6, 2010. Rather than learning and moving on, I've been moving sideways. For this insight alone, Ryan achieved his promise to over deliver value to me. Again, a promise I thought could not be achieved since I was one of 200 people in a seminar. Thanks for causing my 'a ha," in addition to my 50 pages of notes!

I literally just got home from your 3-day Financial Success conference in Kansas City. I knew after hearing from James Smith at the "Get Motivated Seminar" that the financial conference was bound to be awesome but you guys surpassed all of my expectations. It is so refreshing to hear it like it really is in a world that seems so over inundated with smooth talkers. The class was great. I found this through the Get Motivated Speach Seminar and paid $49 for three days. My purpose was the Tax Lien and Tax Deeds, Options Trading Technique, and the Raise $100K Capital for your business.

If you attend all three days and do nothing else with it you will still get a $50 gift card and make a dollar. For that dollar you will learn how to raise your credit score, whether its good or bad; a basic options trading strategy; a basic index stock trading strategy; the basics of tax liens and deeds; the basics of residential and commercial real estate investing, not speculation; and how to set up your business under the right structure and protect everything you already have and will have.

Yes, it's the basics but you will walk away with more knowledge than if you hadn't attended which means you spend less money on your mistakes while you learn what you're doing. Even if you don't take their other courses you got paid a dollar to learn everything listed above plus more.

There is no hard sale, no pressure to up sale to their other courses. They offer them and the support that goes with it and let you make the decision. The support they give right there at the seminar was great. Ryan and his team answered everyone's question that stayed and asked. They worked with everyone who wanted to attend more classes find a way to get there. I can't wait to take their other courses.

Keeping it short and sweet...I recommend the "Financial Success" seminar for anyone who would like to have your blinders removed and be given the eye opening information to start thinking for yourself instead of continuing to follow the rest of the lemmings off the edge of the cliff. And if you don't understand this analogy then begin the process now and do a little research. As Americans we are completely blind to the truth of finance, taxes, and our own potential.

But most importantly I came away feeling good about my ability to accomplish what you teach (with the proper education) - and I loved being shown that it's possible to have both money and a heart for the needs of other people. Out-freekin-standing. I just spent 3 days with Ryan and the crew in KC. The quality of the content given was only overshadowed by the wonderful people who were giving it. They gave me invaluable information and ideas while even sacrificing lunch breaks to spend extra one on one time with those who needed it. Although I will probably need years of counseling and emotional healing from being beat up by Ryan for 3 days, I had a great time!LOL God Bless you and your families.

I just have to say we have spent an amazing 3 days with Ryan Smith--We missed your wife greatly--at a seminar in KC. We were there three years ago and needed a turn up on our information. We were able to bring our 7 year old son to the seminar and he has now decided that after seeing Ryan and listening to him speak he was to make money in real estate like him and not be a tow truck driver because he knows he can do so much better in life. We have been trying to get on track and trying to get our son started sooner than we were able to with the lack of knowledge. We told him many things like math and education were important and cars are cool but not the most important thing in the world--it is in his. Ryan drove the point home and he is now on path to do so much better than his father and I ever did at that age and will continue you. Thank you Ryan! I cannot stop thinking about the conference in Kansas City I just attended last weekend. Flat out the best the thing I have ever been to. The wealth of information was incredible. You guys are magicians.....well ones that share their secrets! Finominal! (I like to spell things the way they sound!)

One more thing....finding people that are wealthy and actually give a crap about people with not much, is something I didn't think existed. They teach what they're doing now and want you actually to succeed! Imagine that!

I look forward to learning from all of you very soon!! Thank just doesn't say enough! But, Thank you!

I attended a James Smith 3-day Financial Seminar in Kansas City, MO. Simply put, if you have any negative about the event, you are out of line and are just negative. The best event I attended. It was way better than the $49 paid for.
Ryan Smith was great and the best part, he was very blunt and honest. I know that everyone who attended had a great time and should be motivated to change their financial situation.

I can't say enough positive things about the seminar I attended recently in Kansas City. The seminar was packed with knowledgeable speakers who are among the best in their field. Ryan and his team were quick to answer any questions that anyone had and were extremely friendly and respectful to anyone who spoke to them (even though I did take some good-natured ribbing about being Canadian). I give my highest recommendation to the seminar for anyone looking to improve their financial future or find out just how much they really don't know. I just attended the 3 day Financial Success event in Kansas City, MO. I was surprised that after those 3 days I actually came away with knowledge I could use after it was over. Most events like this are just a sales pitch for more money. Ryan is so funny. All the speakers were good, most of them you felt like they were talking directly to you. I even had a chance to meet Ryan, he was the same on and off the stage, what a great surprise. The whole team that were there those 3 days were friendly and seemed to want to get to know you. What a style!! Thanks again for being different.

Just got home from that Seattle Siminar. WOW! I'm exchausted but what a 3 days of knowledge. I have learned so much more then just Financial Success from some very GREAT people. I know I will make positive changes in my life from the information I have received. I brought my daughter who is 20 and just starting up her own business and I know the information will help her in her goals of helping others. I can already see the impact the information has had on her thoughts and drive to help others.

My sister and I attended the Get Motivated Business Seminar on May 31, 2011 in Kansas City where several top personalities spoke on getting motivated for success.  We chose May 31 off from work earlier in the year for no apparent reason.  I'm glad we did.  After James Smith smacked our faces with the lack of financial knowledge, we decided to turn the other cheek and attend his son Ryan's, three-day punishment.  Ryan's presentation and Mcee style kept me focused the entire three days!  Many of my financial blunders were uncovered and I began working on fixing them the first day!  The instructors and the success consultants were remarkable.  They all seemed highly skilled in their successes and each motivated me tremendously! I AM GLAD I TOOK NOTES!  I could go on and on about this three-day seminar. I could not have gotten better financial information in three days anywhere else. I am now more focused  on my state of financial affairs and what I need to do to begain to put my family, friends, and myself in a better fianancial standing. Ryan further stimulated my thoughts on giving to others and respecting others in business transactions, which can prove to be successful as well. Ryan the seminar was awsome.  The young men we drug with us enjoyed the seminar and actually took notes as well!(scary).  You seem to have a great deal of passion for what you do and for the people you serve.  Your dad "trained" his sons well. I have three sons as well, they are all over 6'5".  Thanks for the picture.

P.S.  You are right, your wife is beautiful.

I will never be the same again - Amen! I just finished the 3 day Financial Success seminar in Seattle WA and feel I have just crammed 20 years of knowledge into a 3 day seminar! When they say come ready to learn and change your life, they mean it. I can honestly say the best decision that I have made in the last few years was to attend this conference. Of course, like a lot of us, I was skeptical and didn't know what I was getting myself into. - Right off the bat I was blown away and couldn't believe the information that Ryan and his team were teaching us -I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I feel sorry for the individuals who missed out and I feel blessed to be one of the lucky ones to sit in that room and learn from the best of the best. Their commitment to genuinely help and teach others is above anything I could even have imagined - they are true to their word and really care about all of those who attend. One of the things I learned is that education is the key to all of our success - to invest in knowledge is to invest in yourself and your family’s future that you can pass on for generations. Not only will the knowledge that I obtained by just these 3 days alone change my life, but the life of my children – From the first day they give you tools that you can immediately put into practice – and by the end you have so much information it’s overwhelming – in a good way! I attended the 3-day Financial Success Seminar in Seattle on June 28-30, 2011. I brought my 17-year-old son and was concerned that perhaps he would lose interest over the course of three days. Boy, was I wrong! He was captivated by the quick-paced presentation of information and felt like he could relate with the speakers.

At one point, Ryan was describing how an A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. mind attempts to read a book only to realize you've read a few pages and remember only the first line of the first paragraph because your mind has gone on so many little tangents while still attempting to read. The audience had a hearty laugh and my son said to me, "They think he's kidding, but he's not. That's exactly how it is!"

As for me, once Ryan had won my son over, I could relax and listen and learn for myself. I was impressed with the amount of information they were able to share in a relatively short amount of time. All the speakers were very adept at presenting sophisticated concepts in layman's terms. Some of the concepts I know I had not heard before but, they somehow seemed familiar. When I have experienced this before, it was simply because it had the ring of truth to it.

I don't regret a single moment I spent there. I'm grateful for the hope I brought home with me.

I just finished the 3-Day Financial Success seminar (Seattle). It was a jam packed well-worth your while education experience. I hate to resort to comparisons but after going to another stock seminar that rhymes with Endor-duels, this seminar stood out in content, authenticity, and real means to become financially stable and successful. They actually teach you some set options strategies, and ways to earn money when you have to start with nothing. Yes, to start doing some heavy-duty investing you will have to do some heavy-duty learning. Yes, this means buying some classes but the James Smith staff and leadership are dedicated to helping people to learn and become financially successful. I can't wait till my class starts in a few weeks! Goodbye poverty and small dreams, hello freedom and reaching for the amazing!

I just got done with a 3 day seminar in Seattle and it was awesome!! I love educating myself on things that are actually valuable in life. I went into the seminar not expecting too much but a good sales pitch. They did have a great sales pitch But the difference was theirs actually can Change Your Life as long as your willing to do the Work. I am so willingly to do the work it's not even funny but unfortunately my financial circumstances didn't allow me to join there course coming up. I'm going to take their classes, I'm not sure how yet but in God all things are possible. For anyone who does have the income to invest in their knowledge and expertise I say you need to take advantage of this opportunity and break away from your fears and the average way of thinking. Believe your going to succeed. Their outlining message is to serve others and you will be rewarded which is absolutely Gods Law in which everyone should obey. I loved that they are strong in their faith and how they do serve and it shows with how they have been blessed. I can't wait till I'm impacting 1,000's and millions of peoples life's as well. So if you want to change your life the course's they have to offer can do that for you. I want to thank Ryan and his family and friends who put on this seminar and their own individual training classes. This is what people need. People in this country need to wake up and "Don't Believe The Hype" in which are society has deemed the right way were suppose to live our lives. We have boughten into a limiting belief of how were suppose to live and we didn't even choose to buy it. It was a gift handed down to us by our family. I believe if your reading this it's time for you to change and acquire the life you really want. I attended the 3 day  event in Kansas City 06/24-26! It was outstanding, inspirational and spiritually moving. They provide real ways anyone can achieve financial success from any place they are at in their  lives.  Several things were significantly meaningful for me.  I was already thinking along the lines of how can I achieve different streams of income.  They showed me a couple areas I did not even consider.

1.) They showed me the ways that anyone can achieve financial success doing the things they teach. 5 points of a star.

2.) They raised the bar with higher expectations of me than I had for myself. 5 million in 5 years! WOW! That blew me away. When someone believes in you, shows you how, then suddenly the impossible becomes possible and the dream now becomes a goal and within reach.  The way becomes clear on what  I must do for everyone that  I care about.  That’s what God does.  He bring people, events  and  circumstances that opens new doors that  allow you to accomplish your dreams. He shows you how your dreams become goals and your success  moves from the unseen to the seen.

3.)  What impressed me the most is that they put others in front of themselves.  Set an example of giving back.  As a philanthropist and Rotarian they very much reflect  my own  personal  philosophy.   “Its not how successful I am, but how many can I bring  with me that is the measure of success.
The cost of the M5 is insignificant compared to the goal they set for you. I was not able to take advantage of the training on the day of the event but I know what it takes and I know where to go when the time comes to get there.  It has become my goal to get there and make my plans accordingly.
Today I can implement the things I learned over the 3 days.  James Smith has set up a situation that allows me to do some home study on trading with Wealth Magazine.  80  hours of instruction with some self study and 100,000 paper money to practice with!!  During the event I learned some strategies that allow me to practice on my own.

If you have the means you should start with something. If you don’t,  then plan a way to get yourself to that place.  Do it for the people you care about.  If not you than who?  The “Parable of the Sower” is appropriate here. “As he said these things, he called out, “He who has ears to hear, let  him hear!”  Luke 8:4-15

   The three day seminar I attended just changed my life. Thank you so much for giving up your holiday weekend to make an impact on the 30% of us who showed up. Ryan thank you for reminding us to loosen up and laugh. I literally laughed until my sides hurt. And of course thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge on how to change our financial lives. You have made someone (me) who is well below the American poverty level believe that I can be a millionaire if I choose to with dedication, a good work ethic and the right skill set. You also have made a spiritual impact on family members who attended the seminar with me. Your love of Christ shines in both your words and deeds. Jamie you were an inspiration to me as I have waited tables for a decade out of the last 12 years. The fact that you have risen from the cheesecake factory, a garage and student loans to where you are is amazing.    The other speakers were also wonderful. Mark, Steve, and Bob. Wow! I am looking back over my notes and am amazed at the amount of information you gave us in such a short time and actually explained it to a level that a bunch of beginners could grasp the concepts without talking down to us. It would be worth the drive (3+1/2 hr commute) just to hear one of you speak and we were blessed with all of you. I could not put a monetary amount on the information you shared with us or the self confidence you gave us or the insight you provided. Thank you!

What an Outstanding Event!! I had been in the mortgage industry for over 6 years prior to 2007 and have attended several Wealth/Success Seminars. I always left those feeling like they only scratched the surface and was a scam to sell their materials and future classes.....BUT this Seminar.........My HEAD FREAKIN HURTS!! So much great material my head is spinning 100 miles an hour! I was able to get real information that I can put into practice right away at a very basic level.

I took my 19 year old son, Joshua; the biggest blessing was for him to hear how to create wealth by serving others! He learned more in these past 3 days than I have learned in 6 years of college! Thank you God, Ryan, Jamie, Jeff, Jordan, and the rest of the team! My son and I look forward to seeing you again at a future class!

Ryan, Jamie, and staff, thank you for making this the best last $49 I've decided to spend. I hold on to the little money I get for fear of not having any when I need it. This time I spent my last bit of money to get into the Financial Success seminar and what an investment it turned out to be. I have over 40 pages of notes and haven't stopped researching since I left the seminar less than a week ago. I am living check to check with no savings and no back up. I don't want this to be my future. I want desperately to continue my education with the Smith Companies and go to the M5 and believe wholeheartedly that God will make a way someday for this to become a reality. Ryan and Jamie said they'd help me get there and I believe God will to. They revived in me more faith in my future than anyone has in a long time. I know I have potential, I know I can change things, I just needed a start and now I've got it.

James Smith, as obnoxious as he was, really set my fire and got me motivated, just what he was tasked to do on June 7th. I can't wait to impart the knowledge I've learned and am learning on my own family and friends. I want to invest in helping people just like they do so for me it was destiny that I met these wonderful people of God. God has called me to be a giver and I've found a way to do that and be financially free at the same time. I can truly say I am blessed and pray I will not become the statistic Ryan spoke about who goes back to everyday life as if they still don't know what to do with their life. I may need more education but I've learned enough to know I have the power and desire and motivation to get started and with continued perseverance I will reach my goals!

I just completed the 3 day Financial Success seminar over the 4th of July weekend in Seattle.  The amount of information that was passed to the attendees would normally be at least 4 days and probably 5 days.  It was so efficiently run that we were able to get much more out of our 3 days than one would expect.  Ryan and his team were phenomenal.

I have typed and deleted 5 versions of what I want to say for my feedback on the 3-Day Financial Success Seminar but so far I haven’t found the words appropriate to describe what this has done for me and my family already and we just finished it yesterday!  If this version only captures a fraction of what I am feeling, I will be satisfied and click ‘submit’

How does one put into words a lifetime of dreams and aspirations, fears and anxiety, trials, success and failure?  How do you describe to another the feelings and emotions experienced when you finally find what you have been looking for?  Excitement, anxiousness, and fear all wrapped together is the closest I can manage.  Excitement because you recognize what it is as it unfolds before your eyes.  Anxiousness because you want the rest of what is yet to be revealed to be as monumental as what you have been given already.  And fear because although you know what you are seeing is good, it is almost too good to be true.

Having been raised in a poverty stricken family, I made a vow that I would change the path of my family.  I promised myself that I would fix the mistakes of my ancestors and would provide my wife and children a better life than I was given.  Growing up with my two younger brothers, we lived in a school bus, a camping tent, and the back of a van.  My father and mother were very hard workers with strong work ethic…the only problem is that they worked very hard at making the same mistakes over and over again.  I acquired their work ethic but I have a desire to stop the cycle so I found myself sitting in a 3-day Financial Success seminar hoping that it was going to be worth the $49.00 I just spent to get there.

Fast forward to present day…I feel like I was just hit by a whirlwind of information and introductions to absolutely amazing people.  My $49 was well spent after the first hour of the first day.  Ryan and Jamie are truly amazing people who obviously have other amazing people gravitate toward them.  Nikko is an absolute stud and I appreciate his and Ryan’s willingness to sit and talk to my wife and I at the end of the second day.  I still can’t wrap my head around how much information was delivered over such a short period of time.

My wife and I have now adopted ourselves into the Smith Company family and are continuing our education this next week with the Core Real Estate Strategies Training and will then be moving on to the M5 in August!  I can’t tell you how excited we are to be setting out on this journey, especially knowing that we have the support of all those around us.

During our training Ryan told about his Porche that has 'Launch Control'and how fast it is off-the-line.  At the risk of being cliche', 4 days ago we were sitting at a financial red light in our lives.  Well, the light just turned green and we slammed down on the 'Launch' button baby!

I honestly believe that everything happens for a reason and that my Heavenly Father places opportunity in the path of those who ask and look for it.  I know that it was not chance that landed my wife and I in the audience of this seminar and I know that great things are to come from it.

I attended the Financial Success workshop at Seattle, WA on July 1-3, 2011 (July 4th weekend) and was very glad that I did.

I became interested in attending the workshop when James Smith mentioned Ryan's foundation to help children in Africa - I want to do something similar for children on the Mexican border.

Prior to attending, a friend of mine had told me that his friend had attended and found it to be (1) a useless event that (2) primarily focuses on up-selling the product(s).  Because of this, I had determined that I will not be upsold - that I was not going to sign up for anything that was offered at the workshop.

On the first day, I was skeptical because I was waiting for the upsell.

On the second day, the upsell occurred so briefly it made my head spin (because I'm used to persistent and extended sales pitches).

I also approached Jordan (one of the team members) for a one-on-one counseling during lunch because I wanted get an opinion about a business venture I'm starting.

Jordan was courteous, attentively listened to me, and gave me some free resources to look at.

It wasn't until later that day that my head spun again when I realized that Jordan didn't try to upsell me anything - he simply gave me free resources to help me out.

The third day I approached Leigh Anne to help me decide on the best class, if any, for me to take to get started on the path of financial independence.

She listened to my goals (both financial and non-financial) and financial situation patiently and gently took her time to explain to me what I could learn out of the different classes they offer.

Again I braced myself to hear an upsell to get me to sign up for the more expensive classes - but I didn't need to do so; at no time during my interaction with her that she pushed me one way or another - she simply answered questions that I had and let me make up my own mind.

I think if I had walked away at that point, she wouldn't have stopped me, and it would have been a grave loss to me.

However, let's back track slightly and ask the following questions:

1.  Was there an "upsell" at the workshop?  Yes.
2.  Was the "upsell" high-pressure and extended?  No.
3.  Why was the "upsell" necessary?  Because the 3-day Financial Success workshop was more of an introductory class to familiarize attendees with the various ways with which to gain financial independence/success.
4.  Did I learn anything that could be immediately applied to make money?  Yes and No:  Yes, I learned generally how credit spreads, tax lien, and commercial real estate works.  No, I did not have a solid strategy on how to apply that knowledge to make money immediately.

I ultimately signed up for both the 3-Day Cash Flow workshop (to learn in-depth how to do credit spreads) and the tax lien self-study.

Could I have figured out on my own how to do these without signing up for the classes?  Probably yes.

Then why did I pay money to sign up for the classes?  I signed up because I figure I could "gamble" with my finances to try and figure things out on my own and make mistakes along the way - or - I could learn firsthand what works and what doesn't work from people who have been actually doing these for a long time.

Did I "drink the kool-aid" (did I get brain washed to believing lies)?  Well, "the proof is in the pudding" (the results will speak for itself).

Last but not least - I was amazed at how sincere and approachable Ryan and all the team members are.

Ryan - I don't say this lightly, but I distinctly remember thinking several times throughout the workshop, after your explanations on how things work in the world - "I think you just changed my life."

Get Motivated dazzled my senses in Portland, Oregon, but the Financial Success seminar consumed my mind. My emotions are at the surface at this moment, because I am thinking, remembering, and feeling what I saw, heard, and learned, and it burned with-in me, telling me this is a correct AND viable solution for EVERYONE that is willing to shoulder the work for the reward(s). I am currently working in the RE portion with my coach, and I am STILL excited, and have NEVER looked back. Ryan, I told you that someday I hoped to be fortunate and blessed to testimonialize the JamesSmithCompany at seminars, and currently I am at my beginning's, but the day will come that I will be able to show my love and appreciation for the cornucopia of knowledge and the TRUE success of life by SERVING OTHERS. Life without family and friends is MEANINGLESS. What better way to be happy and to love then to work, share, and serve our family, friends, brothers, and sisters? My goal is my family, friends, and M5. Service unto others... what a divine-attribute that the whole world needs to learn and DO!!

I just finished with the three day conference in Dearborn, Michigan. It was incredible!!! I am unemployed and was told many times to have multiple streams of income but was never given a good way to do it...until now. Ryan , Steve and Robert were very informative and pumped me up. I now see a brighter future for my family and a way to help others at the same time. I am going to send Ryan a U of M tshirt so he can show everyone he has fans here in Metro Detroit!!! Boundaries..

I just got back from the 3 day Financial Seminar.  It was the most amazing seminar I have been to.  The information that they give is absolutely amazing!  It was a pleasure being around all of the Staff.

Ryan is definitely his father's son and was awesome.  I found this seminar at a Get Motivated Seminar where James Smith spoke.  James was hilarious and yet direct and to the point.  He did not pull punches, told it how it is and had you in stitches to boot.  Ryan excellently did the same while providing very valuable information.  I thank Ryan, Steve, Mark, and Robert all for their presentations, mere words are not enough to state how amazing they and their information is.

After day 1 of the seminar my daughter was all but in tears, not from being upset, but from seeing for the first time in her life that it was possible for her!  Day 2 she was even more excited and day 3....holy cow! I was all but in tears by the end of day 3 because I saw the same things she did.

Yes, they had products to sell.  No, I could not afford to purchase any of the packages, but that did not matter.  I still left with information I could use now to begin to improve my life and my daughter did too.  And, I definitely will use the information to build the income to be able to attend more of their trainings.

They have a genuine theme (for lack of better phrase at the moment) that a person needs to give back.  And, let me tell you they all do, have that core belief and they act on that belief.   And I really appreciate the valuable personal advice we received from Nikko, Ken and Rob.

Debbie & I would like to thank you again for the fantastic seminar in Dearborn Michigan July 19-21.

I've been to many "success" seminars that left me feeling like I wanted a shower when I left. Not at your classes. I finally felt like I found "our team" that we could learn and grow with. Your systems were exactly the strategies I had in mind but could never find honest and genuine teachers to learn from. Needless to say, we both signed up to learn as much as possible from your systems.

Within day 4, we have already taken proactive steps to secure our business and assets and have begun planning our wealth strategies with real goals that will provide us with our own security (not relying on "financial planners") and service to others as well.

We learned so much just from your $49 3 day class we would recommend it to everyone!

Ryan,

It must have been difficult for you to leave the beaches in St. Thomas in order to come to Detroit !  I can say this because I am born and raised in MI and have also been to St. Thomas!

On the serious side, we are very fortunate that you did! Until a couple of weeks ago (The GM seminar), had no idea who you, or the good folks on your team, were. At GM, I heard a proud father, James Smith strongly suggest that we needed to "Get in the Game" and your $49 seminar was a "game changer."  Well, he did say it with a bit more charisma and enthusiasm!  However, he was absolute correct!  The information that you and the other speakers shared was information that anyone can use - now. It was fun, entertaining, and most importantly, useful..With effort (important) anyone can be profitable immediately.

Personally, I wish we had met 5-10 years ago. The programs that your company shares, is what I call REAL education. It is information and education that changes lives, in so many ways.I realize college is good, however, when my kids are ready, I would prefer they first, learn how to become financially "fit" in order to pursue their dreams and careers.

You tell it the way it is....you are what we call "Good people."

Just got home from attending the 3 day seminar in Detroit. Because of the clear teaching and candor about wealth creation my head is officially out of the sand. I've recognized in my life that there are times when I have more clarity about reality than others and now is definitely one of those times where I have more. I know the difference between me and people creating real wealth are the choices I make and the knowledge I gain. I am grateful to the Financial Success seminar, James Smith, Ryan Smith, Steve Sitkowski, and all the amazing achievers that taught. I'm beginning a new chapter in my life thanks to you!

I have attended many seminars on different topics and have never enjoyed and learned as much as i did from this one. Their teaching method is by far the best I have ever experienced. They are full of valuable information, they truly want to teach and help you, they are extremely entertaining, they know how to explain complex information in a way that anyone can understand, their consistent message about "serving" (helping others) is by far the most pure and refreshing i have heard from anyone and they will keep you on the edge of your seat wanting more. Im super hyped and one of my goals is to continue learning as much as I can from the Smith's and the rest of the group. Today was the last day of the amazing 3 day seminar my husband and I attended in Detroit, MI. My husband and I attend seminars all the time and I will tell you this one was by far the BESTest of the BEST Yes it was so amazing that I felt the need to say BESTest! This seminar was so amazing because the information you recieve will never be taught to you at any University. All of the speakers were remarkable. Ryan is hilarious and very up front. I promise you will not get bored or get off track while he is speaking. Jamie is very knowlegable. She does a fantastic job explaining a complex system to you in a way that you understand. Steven Sitkowski, who is also the author of "30 Day Money Makeover" was wonderful. This man is a blessing if you are like me when it comes to understanding the stock market. Last week I attended a 3 day seminar that only focused on trading stocks (hosted by another organization) and I did not learn 20% of what Steve taught me in a fraction of the time. Mark Walters also delivered a wealth of information. His personality was enough to make you appreciate his presence, but he brought sooo much more to the table. Definetly valuable information to recieve. And last but not least was the Attorney. Boy was he exciting. He was freaking amazing. If you want to bullet proof everything that you have and care for the information he provided is crucial. There is also a team of people that there to help you during the break. They will do any and everything to help you. You also get a personal one on one to discuss your financial situation and what you should do next. They will even meet with you a second time around if you feel the need. To conclude I would just like to say that this was life changing for my family. They gave me what I have been looking for for many years. Oh and as for James Smith, you will NEVER meet anyone like him. LOL. If you ever get a chance to attend anything hosted by this amazing group of people, take it as a blessing and do what you need to do to get there.

Wow - finished the July 22-24 Detroit seminar yesterday.  GREAT is too small of a word to describe it!!!  As Ryan would say, "Awesome." Jam-packed with info, my brain hurt at the end of every day, and I was exhausted.  So worth it.  While I had heard about the various topics - real estate investing, stocks, credit repair, etc. (though I had never heard about Tax Liens before hearing James speak at Get Motivated), the details presentd in just this general 3-day seminar were enough to get started.  So going from zero to get started, I think, is great.  "Awesome."

You were also right in that folks who weren't there (i.e., the folks we ran home and told!) aren't really ready for those who were.  No matter.  Time to get going, and then SHOW THEM the results.

I just attended the “Financial Success” event in Dearborn, MI on July 22nd through July 24th and it was probably the best weekend of my entire life! It definitely had the greatest positive impact on my life!  It was spending hours in a conference room, with shortened breaks, over an hour away from home (one way), learning about how we CAN make choices to make ourselves, not only successful but also, well-rounded and PROTECTED! I would suggest that everyone attend this conference, the “Financial Success” event.  They teach you so many things that most people would never think about and, if they did, most may not want to share it.  I know I want to share it!

My husband and I have 4 kids, I stay home with them, he works and earns enough to keep our lives comfortable by normal standards.  However, like many Americans we wound up living almost paycheck to paycheck.   what if it rained?  what if it poured?  then what?  We didn’t know.  Well, all of these incredible people do know.  They shared with us many secrets to success.

I couldn’t say enough for Ryan, Jamie, Steve, Rob, John and all of their happy, energetic, polite and overall fantastic team of speakers and customer supporters.  It is hard to explain this type of experience to someone who hasn’t experienced it for themselves.  It is that good!

I have always been an optimist, but without the confidence to carry it through without support from the people I love.  I realize although these people do love me, they were holding me back by telling me it couldn’t be done or telling me they don’t want to see me get my hopes up to just be hurt in the end.  (btw. everything they were told growing up.) I would then just give up.  My husband is a very intelligent fantastic man, just governed by fears, always wanting more, but not willing to risk anything to get it.  After learning what we learned here, our dreams finally become GOALS for him as well!

I could go on and on about how great this event really is.  Bottom line: If you want to learn how to be smart with your money, you NEED to attend the “Financial Success” event.  You won’t be disappointed.

For anyone who is thinking of attending the 3 day Financial Success Seminar you would be crazy to pass up on the immense amount of knowledge that Ryan and his staff provide you. I'm 21 years of age and a student at the Ross school of Business at the University of Michigan and I can honestly say that what is taught in only 3 days is going to provide you with education that will help you for the rest of your life. From learning how to bulletproof your assets so that no one can even touch them if you were to be sued, and incorporating in order to save money on taxes, to learning trading methods that return 5%-6% a month with an 85% success rate, and investing in Tax liens that pay 18%-25% in interest. And most important Ryan his wife and all of his staff are Real Genuine people who want to help everybody and the beauty of it all is that when you can do what they do you can help those who need it the most. I just attended the James Smith Financial Success Seminar in Dearrborn MI 24 -26 July 2011. I have to say it is probably, no in fact it is the best thing I have ever done to put myself and my family in a position to succeed..

I went into this seminar a little unsure of what we were going to be given. Was it going to be a high pressure sales event? Was it going to be people just bragging about themselves? I have to tell you it was far from either of those, in fact it was quite the opposite. Ryan and Jamie shared with us the secrets to their success, and did it because they truly want all of us to be better than they are. I was really impresses with Ryan's integrity in business and life. I am inspired to see that there are really good people like Ryan and Jamie that I can model my life and business after.

The information given to us was spectacular to say the least. It was awesome to learn not only how to be profitable but also how to protect it. Each and every speaker was dynamic and very, very knowledgable in all the avenues of obtaining wealth. Ryan is a dynamic speaker who is able to give an enormous amount of information and keep your focus the entire time by mixing quick one liners that keep you laughing. I looked forward to every time he would speak, when I seen his Father at Get Motivated I was looking very forward to seeing him at this seminar and was disappointed when I heard he was not going to be there. Well I can honestly say Ryan I am so very happy you were the one that gave the seminar, you were outstanding!!!

I would also like to thank you for allowing Ken Wimmer to give a workshop after the seminar was completed. He sat us down and did a litlle role playing. Mr. Ryan Smith and his colleagues (Steve Sitkowski, Mark Walter and Robert Bluhm) were dynamic! This young man has been blessed with such a powerful anointing on his life! The wisdom, knowledge and understanding that these men shared ignited the entire room with passion, desire and hope. Your support staff were also very hospitable and professional, especially Pastor Bob, Ashlee, Ken and Jordan.

One of my goals is to participate in the next phase of training. I would also like to eventually become a seed planter into this ministry. The essence of living is giving. This seminar was a stellar example of that very fact.

However, the “icing on the cake” was Mr. Smith’s thoughtful terms of endearment that he constantly shared to the audience about the love he has for his wife (smile).

As a business owner with nine years of success already developing commercial real estate (apartment communities), I feel especially equipped to say that what Ryan, Steve and the other accomplished speakers at the 3-day financial success event had to say is SO correct. Confirmed in part by my own previous success in real estate, and the mentoring I was fortunate to receive when I got started, I can attest that the "knowledge" these gentlemen are willing to impart, is utterly invaluable. I encourage anyone to invest in the education, and mentoring, that they are willing to give you -- because the apprehension people ordinarily have, will get replaced with a "confidence" from this experience with them that will allow you to achieve things in business that you have no clue, today, that you could actually achieve. I can say this because having someone impart that to me when I got started made all the difference in overcoming my fear leaving a corporate job to start my own business. I wouldn't have done it, though, without a mentor -- and they don't come along everyday.

I now want to expand into other types of real estate, but know better not to do so without accomplished people guiding me, even with years of experience already in developing apartments. I had no reservation writing a check for this opportunity with the extended Smith family, because I know getting the knowledge and mentoring, first, worked before when I was a beginner. Trust that your uncertainty will be replaced with confidence after investing in this curriculum. I can relate to how a beginner feels; and my trust changed my life.

All of the staff members were genuine and you could feel the sincerity expressed by each person as they spoke. My cousin and I just attended the amazing Financial Success Seminar in Rochester, NY with Ryan, Jamie, and company. If you are a person who is serious about helping others and having something in life, this is a workshop for you. If you're not, this workshop is still for you. Smith Companies will motivate and encourage you to want to be successful in helping others and life. Ryan and Jamie, you were a true Blessing from God to me. I had a talk with God Tuesday night, not knowing I would be attending your Seminar on Friday. My mother was supposed to be attending, but she had a meeting, and I came in her place. God answered all my prayers. This seminar was what I needed. It is impressive and refreshing to see young people so knowledgeable and successful. Jamie has such a sweet spirit. Ryan was a river flowing of "useful" knowledge and was comedic as well. Everyone else was informative too. I prayed that God would keep and strengthen you all. Continue to let God use you all, and always show the Love of Christ.

I attended the Financial Success Seminar this past weekend and received far more than $49 in valuable information and education. I enjoyed Ryan’s presentations because he tells it like it is and puts himself out there and makes no apologies for being who he is and for what he believes in. All of the other speakers were real, down-to-earth people with tremendous knowledge who shared what they had to give and taught me more than I thought possible in the short time we had. I have attended seminars and bought several real estate systems with “coaching” in the past several years but was not able to implement any of the systems effectively to create the wealth I knew was possible. I thought that the reason was fear, but recently realized the real reason was that I could not align myself with any of the people who taught the systems because they were really out to make money, mostly off of me when I bought their system, and anyone one else they could. Sure, some of them talked about giving back to the community after they made their money, but none of them made the focus of their business service to others in the concrete way Ryan demonstrated. Ryan showed me that it is possible to conduct business and negotiations for real estate property from a foundation of service (which to me is another way of loving your neighbor as yourself) and make millions of dollars doing it in an ethical, morally upright manner. And then he showed me that it is possible to use that money wisely and effectively to be the love that God wants us to be to those around us. To me that absolutely rocks. I have known for some time that you can’t help the poor if your one of them. I decided several years ago that the best thing to do to help others who are poor is to become wealthy and take as many people as you can with you on the journey to great wealth and then serve others with that wealth to help improve their lives. However, the fastest way to get to that point is with the right education and some one to mentor you and help you put that education to good use. I kind of figured going in to the seminar that there would be educational systems for sale, but I was very impressed with the fact that there was no hard sell to sit through. The completeness of educational system offered spoke for it self, as well as the fact that there were people in the room who were products of that same system who had achieved great wealth and were on a path of service with it themselves. And they were truly mentored by the teachers, Ryan and team, to get there. I heard a lot of grumbling from other participants at the seminar about the cost of the education that was offered. But if I had the money right now I would have bought it all. Having been through the education system as a health care professional I know that you can’t put a price on the value of the right education and mentoring in order to reach a goal. I have worked hard the past 25 years and have been the main financial provider for my family of 9 children, the past 20 years. I have officially been a single parent the past 3 years and have 5 of my children still living at home. I have homeschooled my kids because I wanted them to be able to think for themselves and I wanted them to know how to learn so that they could do what ever they desired in this life. I have endeavored to teach them the value of hard work, the importance of taking responsibility for their own direction in life and to love and serve others. While I have been blessed with a stable income because I put my education to good use, I have a strong desire to leave a legacy of love spread through wealth (and how to create it) for my children to spread into the world. I believe that real estate investing is the vehicle that will get me to where I want to go financially. Because of what I experienced this weekend I know I can align myself with Ryan and his team, because we share so many core values when it comes to wealth. I fully intend to continue getting my financial house in order so I can raise the money and attend the next M5 conference this December in Florida. And so I want Ryan and Jamie and all the other presenters and staff at the Financial Success seminar to know how grateful I am that you took 3 days out of your life to come to Wichita to share a your knowledge and your life with me. I received 30 times my money’s worth.

I just finished the 3 day Financial Success Seminar in Wichita, KS. It was really great. There was so much valuable information given in detail. For example, Ryan Smith gave us a very simple, effective, legal credit repair method I'd never heard of. That alone would've been worth the $49. (It was interesting because on my way home there were signs that said "Credit Repair $250".) So that showed just how much it was worth it. Then he gave us a very quick simple easy way to get $100K of capital. That was definitely worth it. Plus, we got real options trading strategies from Mike & Stacey and learned all about exactly how to protect your assets, pay your legally minimum income taxes and prepare yourself to avoid probate and get more money to your children by Bob the great attorney. Plus, we learned about tax liens and deeds and so much other stuff, I cannot even put it all in here. I've done much training and gone to many seminars over the years and nothing has even been like this. Yes, they also were selling more classes if you wanted to go further and many wanted to and that is ok with me because they really, truly gave us much more value for our $49 and it WAS NOT a sells pitch seminar. They really taught us step by step, hands on things to do right now to improve anyones financial situation in this class. If you wanted to go further, it was totally up to you, no pressure at all. I really recommend if you ever get a chance to go to one of these events, I suggest you do whatever it takes to do so. If more Americans got this information, more people could really start to create a better financial life for themselves and their families and then be able to do more for their church and communities. Thank you Ryan and Jamie Smith and all the wonderful people who helped...Nikko, Mike, Stacy, John, Bob, Ken, Jordan and everyone else. You all really ROCK!!!

Jamie and Ryan rock! My son and I learned more financially for $49 in 3 days than 4 years and $160K in college. Their associates are phenomenal and extremely helpful. I am so happy my son has learned this 30 years earlier than I have. His upside is limitless and I have tried to teach my kids to give 10% to charity so the good he can do for them in his life makes me proud. The legacy I can pass to my children is knowledge and this class gave me more bang for my time and buck than any other investment of both. to whom it may concern my finances are like most i have to save up to be poor i went to the seminar and like most i brought my ant (automatic negative thought) when i went in it was a freindly atmosphere when it started it was pertty cool funny videos at the end of day1 my ant was smiling at me and said this sounds too easy why would they want to help you rich only want to get richer day2 came around and my ant said dont you want to sleep in today did i ever but i liked the funny videos so i went the information i recieved was making more and more sense to me by the time lunch came around i looked around and my ant was gone i had some questions from day1 the people was accessable even ryan smith himself my questions were answered in the order they were asked day3 things sound better and better i was like most of the ones who stayed pumped and ready my overall experience was great i made the comment why would they want to help you the rich only want to get richer but to me what made him different was ryan such as myself and few people i know in his wifes absence had nothing but positive things to say about her most people say negative things even if it is jokingly the ball and chain not him or me ryan sure likes his movie quotes which i do to and got 90% of the thing is most people want to do better but they just dont know how i will give it all i can do with the knowledge i recieved and when they come back in eight years if i am still alive i donald grimstad will give yall (I am still in south carolina) a real testemonial thanks to ryan and all the people who were involved in helping people like me

My wife and I finished the 3 day course yesterday in Greenville, SC. We had a great time and signed up for the elite. We honestly believe that all the people from Wealthrock that was there, were there to help. Everything we heard we had heard in one way or another before over the years, but they put it all together in a way that gave us a plan of action! We cant wait to finish the rest of the training, but that doesn't mean we are waiting to get started! If you set your bias aside and listen to what Ryan and the others are saying, not how they are saying it, but what they are saying it will open your eyes and remove your fears!!

WOW!!! Ryan, Mark, Jamie, Steve and Bob were amazing!!! I wanted my husband to attend but he had the fu...boy did he miss out on how education is applied to business and success! After the first day of being in class from 8:15 a.m. - 6 p.m. with just a lunch break and two 7 minutes breaks on a Friday--one would think, why go back. You go back because it was incredible and you wanted to learn more. So on a Saturday morning, you get there at 7:30 a.m. to meet with one of the staff (who has been successful) to go over your "homework" from the night before in order to help you come up with a game plan (Todd was so nice). Then Jamie starts at 8:15 a.m. talking about Mobile Home Parks/investments. She was unbelievable!!! The training starts early and goes again until after 5:45 p.m. We are talking the beginning of college football season—but guess what---who cares because Saturday was better than Friday and Sunday blew me away. Lord knows I tried to get my husband there for Sunday and to validate my reasoning for the Elite package. But, it was my fault that I couldn’t sell him on how awesome this package would be because my brain was so full of information and I was so excited that I couldn’t finish a sentence before I was talking about another part of the training (some call that ADDDD—I call it my fault!) I left the training Sunday afternoon as a winner and looser. Oh, don’t miss understand me, the training,-Ryan and everyone made a difference and touched my life were the win for me, the looser was me for not signing up for the elite package. Yesterday when I can home, I wanted to kick my husband and just hug my dog---so I did hugged my dog but did not kick husband because I love him! Then I typed out my thoughts on the blog but I obviously did not hit the right button—maybe that’s a good thing. Because today, I have been processing everything and was able to tell my daughter about the Financial Success Seminar I attended…I was able to explain it to her and she got it!!! You know if you have nothing and do nothing you get nothing. If I had an opportunity to add one more day to the class, I would have bought the Elite Package because I get it and now I can explain it to my husband. I also think this website should be given out on the first day so that you read what others have said because it validates everything you know! Of course, should have could have ---I know—but that’s OK, because I got more and learned more in three days than I have in a very long time. It was a lot to process, long hours, Labor Day weekend but it was worth every minute. I would do it again because everyone there was there to help “me, us”! They cared about our success and helping others. How awesome is that!!!

I attended the JSC Financial Success Seminar September 02, 03, 04, 2011 in Greenville, SC.  I found it valuable.  I always look for opportunities to listen to successful businesspeople to see what wisdom I can glean from them that I can apply to my situation.  This was definitely worth the $49 I paid at the Get Motivated Seminar.  They have various mentoring programs you can purchase for about 100 times the $49 cost.  I choose not to.  Being in sales, watching millionaires sell $4000, $8000, $20,000 programs is good training.

Steve Sitkowski's options discussion covered some information I already knew but he brought up things I had long ago set aside and probably shouldn't have.  I will definitely revisit "Dogs of the Dow."  I also plan to see what I can learn about credit spreads from other sources before moving forward.

Bob Bluhm's legal discussion blew me away.  I knew I was vulnerable.  I had no idea how vulnerable.  If I had a spare $4K I would but this today.

Mark Walter's Tax Lien/Deed discussion is nice.

Ryan Smith rocks.  He is definitely worth listening to.

WOW!!! Ryan, Jamie, Mark, Steve, and Bob were awesome!!! I was so excited and wanted more than anything for my husband to be there with me to experience the wealth of information and life changing experience. Unfortunately, he had the flu and could not make the training. Each day I would go home so excited and would try to explain everything that had been discussed...unfortunately, I needed Ryan with me to explain it in detail. I just couldn't give the training/knowledge justice and for that reason and only that reason my husband felt it was not the time for us to do the elite package. I am sick over this...
I believe in the mission and the philosophy of our great presenters. Do things for the right reasons and treat others how you wish to be treated. There has been a lot of giving in my family over the years and there was a lot of giving over the last three days. I promise, you will see me again and my husband will be sitting right next to me!!! He will then understand why waiting several months later was wasted time. And we all know that time is of great value for tomorrow is not promised! Ryan, you really do "ROCK"! I love how much you love your wife!!! Always praising and respecting her...just as she did you. That in itself speaks volumes.

Just went to the $49 seminar in Providence RI. There is a lot of information thrown at you. Since I work long hours I elected to start with just the Trading the Markets/Advanced Trader class. I will be taking this with my 19 year old daughter.

My impression is that these people are sincere and they will provide you with the tools to succeed. I consider the investment similar to college tuition except that I will actually have the skills necessary to "DO" something within 60 to 90 days of the class.

I will drop another comment in 90 days.

I attended the "Financial Success Seminar" this past weekend and I have to say I was blown away. Ryan and Jamie put together a great seminar and shared a great wealth of knowledge, which I grabbed and I am now running with it. It has always been my goal to help others so they dont live the life my family and I have. With what I was taught and will be taught at the M5 Conference I believe my goals plus more will be met. I also have to say that if it was not for Mr. James Smith himself my path to future success would not be where its at today. So Mr. Smith thank you for be inspiring and honest at the "Get Motivated Seminar" October 3rd in Providence, RI. I attended the 3 day seminar in the Hampton/Newport News area in Virginia at the end of September and was so impressed with both the quality of the trainers/speakers and the information provided. I hold high standards and do not have time for fluff - it was clear they hold the same values - yet it was fun and engaging at the same time. I greatly appreciate what Wealthrock is doing. I have also just completed the "Trading the Markets" detailed session this past weekend with my fiance and we will be enrolling in the M5 course this summer to guide us on the path to achieve our aim. The information I have gained has opened doors for me that were previously beyond my reach. As I now put into action that which I have learned, I give honor where honor is due, and thank James Smith and Ryan and Jamie Smith for making this possible.
I strongly believe that the two things that separate the rich from the poor are access to vital information and the motivation to put the information into action.

My husband and I just completed the 3 day presentation in Providence, RI. Amazing 3 days!! What we learned in only three days from these ladies and gentlemen far exceeded my expectations. Ryan (R/E), Stacy (Trading), Bob (Asset Protection), Mark (Tax Liens) and the rest of the "family" were tremendous. They taught us things that I never even heard of before. (I'm not exactly what you'd call a spring chicken anymore!) What you don't know CAN hurt you and they are all in this to educate us and make us successful. It's a breath of fresh air to discover a company and a group of people who put it all on the line, tell it like it is, have integrity and want to help others to help others ... (Ryan -- I guess you are encouraging us to "Pay It Forward"!) I loved the fun loving way they opened our eyes to so much new information. I just attended the wealth rock financial success class in Providence RI this last week. I was one of those sceptical people many times on stuff like this. I am here to say I'm glad I gave it a chance. The info I recieved over the last 3 days has opened my eyes quite a bit. I dont care if your able to learn one life changing piece of information its life changing so that in itself is amazing. Ryan and his other speakers and instructors were very knowledgable and extremely nice. I am glad I went. I will be the first to say to get to know all you need to get to a point where they are is expensive but I paid more for my degree than what these classes would cost me and I would rather spend the next tuition payments on these courses. If i could I would now but I too have to take them as I can for financial reasons but I assure you I will take the time and put up the money for I see all the potential that can come of all these programs. Thank you Ryan and Friends. I was truly inspired.

Today completed my three day financial success summit in Nashville,Tn. I was overwhelmed with excitement for all of the information I received, by far one of, if not the best $49 investments if have ever made. We went to the three day seminar here in Nashville, TN and it was FANTASTIC! It was very informative and entertaining! BIG THANKS to Ryan and his family for what they are doing and allowing the average person to have the chance of understanding how successful people obtain their wealth. Not just to create it, but also keep it by building on The Rock rather than on sinking sand. They have a common sense approach to everything that they do. They also have other successful people to help everyone set up a game plan to achieve their goals. The gentleman that worked with us was Jeff King. He went way out of his way to assist us by understanding our financial situation and just like the Smith family, gave us the tools we needed to get ourselves out of the pit. These individuals could be making big money, but take time out of their lives for the little guy. I would recommend anyone to come and see their program if they wanted to change and not get a handout!

Just finished the Financial Success class in Nashville, TN, and even after a couple of days processing all the information and reading though my notes, I’m blown away on how much information I’ve learned in just three days. I hesitated at the Get Motivated Seminar before I signed up because I’ve been to other seminars that always seem to fall short on what you pay and what you get. It was not the case this time. You get the value from day 1, and day 2 and 3 are bonuses. I wish my wife was able to come with me, because I think she is getting irritated with me telling her how great it was and she had to stay home to watch the kids. Ryan did a great job; he is really a great teacher. He keeps everyone engaged and he makes you think is a different way than you’re used to. You can tell he is very knowledgeable in his business. I really enjoyed listening to the other speakers, Jamie, Stacey, Mark, & Robert, they were all really good. Just the opportunities that’s always been out there, or how important protecting yourself really is, you will not regret this class. I just hate that I did not sign up for the class five years ago during my first Get Motivated Seminar. I would not hesitate recommending this class to any of my friends or family. Thank you all who put this class together.

The whole Wealthrock team is one of the best representations of people who actually display and live out the true Commandment "Love your neighbor as yourself" that I have ever seen. They taught me why I have had so many failures in my life. I always looked at people as a way to make money instead of as they taught me to serve them and by serving them the money will come, so then I can give to others. Thank You all.

I can't tell you how much the last three day's have impacted my thinking, not to mention my smile lines from laughing! You and your group have taken what would surely be a tedious mind numbing process and brought it down to layman's level by keeping it interesting and engaging! I cannot wait to be a part of what you are teaching and living.

Well, thanks for blowing my mind!  I just finished my first WealthRock Financial Success 3 day class in Nashville, TN(Franklin, more specifically).  I came to this class having an expectation of being able to learn a few new financial concepts that I could apply somewhere sooner or later in my life, having heard briefly what it would be about when I listened to James Smith(that man is a trip!) speak at the Get Motivated seminar held in Nashville a few weeks ago, which I basically went to on a whim because a friend had an extra ticket.  I did not expect to have a kairos moment and a paradigm shift, but that is exactly what I experienced.  As I write this, I recall how life altering my first mission trip outside the U.S. was back in 1993, how I could never see the world the same way after that trip.  Similarly, after this class I can no longer see life the same way...and not just from a financial perspective-I believe my life trajectory has once again changed.  The knowledge, principles and wisdom that the WealthRock team shared from their personal experience about real estate investments, financial markets trading, tax liens and tax deeds, asset protection, charitable giving and so, SO much more has impacted me more than I can put into words. And while the information the team shared in and of itself was nothing short of a revelation to me, the way that it was presented, I think, had as much to do with the overall impact of the whole 3 days.  These guys really care about other people, their goals and  their dreams and they demonstrated that they sincerely want to play a role in helping others to make positive changes in their lives and finances so that those dreams and goals become achievable.

As a follower of Christ, I am convinced that this class was a Godsend and a specific answer to a prayer I have been praying for a long time.  I would ask where you guys were when I needed this information 15 years ago, but again, as a believer I am confident that God knows what He is doing, that His timing is perfect and that He is leading me.  Maybe I wouldn't have embraced this information had it been presented to me back then.  It's possible that the information was there, but I wasn't ready to receive it yet. As Steve quoted, "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear."

I could go on and on, but I'll just end here by saying a big THANK YOU to Ryan, Jamie, Steve, Mark, Bob, Christa(who sat down with me one on one to come up with a financial game plan) and the rest of the WealthRock team.  I'm excited about my next class coming up in two weeks.  I'm jumping in with both feet!

I waited a day or so after the seminar to post this just to make sure I was still as excited as I was right after the event was over. Well, I am. I will say THANK YOU first. I'm 46 years old, a paramedic that has worked hard all my life. I have just paid off thousands in medical bills, etc. My wife is disabled and I'm broke. My car is wore out and broke down. I had to borrow a vehicle just to attend the 3 day seminar and made it all 3 days. I eat 2 snacks and 1 meal a day. My daughter and grandchildren live with us. I ride a 10 speed bike to work. I own 2 pair of pants, 1 pair of shoes, they didnt know it but the snacks they provided at the end of the day was actually my supper, do I need to say more. Everyone there treated me like I was already a millionaire and yes they knew I was broke. They spent just as much time with me one on one as anybody. There is a new program they just started for people like me that don't have alot of money and its cheap, very cheap when your investing in your education. I live on a budget and just ammended that budget to allow me to save up and attend the 1 day class in the near future. I can't wait! In my line of work I can say that I have just about seen it all and I've seen things that would make a Billy Goat puke. Do your self and your family a favor, sign up and attend. Don't put it off because this will change your life and give you real purpose and direction. You will spend alot of time laughing which was good for me. Best of all I have made alot of new friends for life and then some. Thank You Jordan for all your help. Thank You Jamie for the book. Thank you James,Ryan and Jamie for your incredible company. I'm starting to smile again. Your the BEST. Sincerly Thanks Again!

Wow, dosen't even start to describe how I feel about the 3 day Seminar in Nashville, Tn this week. I have never received more information from the most friendly, considerate people in my life all for $49 dollars.. This seminar has changed my life the only mistake that I made is not encouraging my wife more to attend with me as she doesn't usually like to attend seminars... I literally can't stop talking about the information given and the opportunities given, I plan on attending every class I can and am very thankful for Ryan and his team . Every speaker had a different personality and delivery all together, but amazingly everyone of them spoke of their relationship with GOD in some capacity and their personal obligation to help as many people as possible. I can't believe how the counselors were so helpful and mostly which I am very bad at not only remembered but called me by my name just after one session.. That told me mounds about how much these people really care... Thank You all so much I will be talking about the smithcompanies for a very long time I promise, not to mention working with this great organization in every way I can in the future...

I would handcuff and drag my friends and family to these events if I knew I could get away with it.  What a truck load of great information!  I was able to talk my dad into coming to the event with me (I thought he might back out at one point) and I was able to re-connect with a Marine brother after 15 years from our last duty station.  Needless to say, we all signed up for the Elite package and look forward to opening some new doors and opportunities.

Ryan's humor is hilarious.  The whole team is great!  It's funny "listening" to the jokes and comments fly right over people's heads.  At times, I felt as though I was the only one laughing.  What's funny is that so much truth comes out about people and current events and people are just trying to hide and not listen to what their guts are already telling them.  It is such a wake up call!

If the team comes to your area, sign up and bring everyone you love and care about.  And don't use some lame excuse why you can't make it!  I'm still yelling at a buddy of mine for not coming.....jk.  I look forward to what the future holds.  Take care and God bless!
